Edili Artigiani Ravenna)
Questa volta è un’azienda del nostro territorio, rinomata per serietà e competenza, e pertanto ci auguriamo che possa dedicarsi a questo nostro importante progetto con concretezza, perizia e celerità.
I lavori saranno supervisionati dall’ing. Alberto Mastroianni, che è anche il progettista architettonico, che
coadiuverà il Responsabile del Settore Lavori Pubblici del Comune Arch. Stefano Bottari. Gli altri progettisti che hanno collaborato all’elaborazione del progetto sono l’Ing. Carlo Corzani, che ha curato le opere strutturali, e l’Ing. Flavio Godoli, che ha curato le opere impiantistiche. Insieme ai progettisti abbiamo incontrato l’azienda, con la quale abbiamo condiviso l’obiettivo di disporre della nuova palestra in tempo per l’inizio del nuovo anno scolastico a settembre, che è un traguardo sicuramente sfidante ma allo stesso tempo nelle possibilità e nell’esperienza dell’azienda esecutrice. Il termine di esecuzione dei lavori è infatti di 150 giorni naturali successivi e continui, decorrenti dalla data del verbale di consegna dei lavori, che è avvenuta il 6 febbraio scorso. Purtroppo, le nevicate cadute nei giorni scorsi hanno costretto ad una immediata sospensione del cantiere, che riprenderà appena possibile.Tengo ad ogni nostro progetto in modo istituzionale ed anche personale, ma non nego che al progetto della nuova sede della Scuola Media ed a questo progetto tengo particolarmente perché rappresentano più di altri un investimento nelle future generazioni e nel futuro della nostra Comunità, nella convinzione che accompagnare la formazione e la crescita dei giovani, da una parte, rafforzi in futuro il nostro destino e, dall’altra, crei un traino di ottimismo nell’immediato.Questi due progetti rappresentano i primi 2 progetti tra le opere ed iniziative del mio mandato amministrativo e mi auguro che tutto l’impegno ed il lavoro dedicato ad essi possa trovare una risposta adeguata e certa. Ho fiducia. Una fiducia maggiore oggi, che ripongo sia nella serietà delle aziende esecutrici che nell’impegno e nella convinzione del personale comunale, che lavora insieme a me con passione e dedizione per raggiungere gli stessi obiettivi.
