Il Comune di Sansepolcro aderisce a “M’illumino di meno”, la giornata nazionale del risparmio energetico e degli stili di vita sostenibili, promossa da Rai Radio2 con Caterpillar. “Diamo anche quest’anno, convintamente, il nostro sostegno all’iniziativa” dichiara il Presidente del Consiglio, Antonello Antonelli “assieme all’associazione Cultura della Pace intendiamo in tal modo contribuire a diffondere l’educazione alla sostenibilità ambientale e al risparmio delle risorse.
Oggi più che mai il tema della salute globale è fondamentale per le coscienze, con la guerra in Ucraina che ci impone nuovamente di accelerare la riconversione energetica e un cambiamento di abitudini”. Per l’occasione, dalle 19 alle 22 di giovedì 16 febbraio, le luci di Palazzo Pretorio rimarranno spente. “Un piccolo ma significativo gesto” dice Antonello Antonelli “per ridurre il consumo energetico e portare concretamente la nostra testimonianza a favore di una presa di posizione a tutela del nostro pianeta. Mi auguro che anche i nostri concittadini siano sensibili a questa tematica e diano essi stessi il loro simbolico ma fondamentale contributo”.
