«La ripresa del Paese e le riforme abilitanti» è il titolo dell’incontro formativo gratuito organizzato a Cortona per illustrare le recenti innovazioni in materia di pubblico impiego nell’ambito del Pnrr.
L’appuntamento è mercoledì 29 marzo dalle 9,30 alle 13 nella sala consiliareDopo i saluti istituzionali del sindaco di Cortona, Luciano Meoni e del presidente del Consiglio comunale, Nicola Carini, interverranno Luana Della Giovanpaola, segretario generale del Comune di Cortona su «La creazione della squadra di lavoro: dalle conoscenze alle competenze», Santo Fabiano, formatore, su «Il rapporto tra gestione giuridica e modelli organizzativi» e Angelo Capalbo, segretario generale della Provincia di Arezzo e del Comune di Montevarchi, su «Analisi della nuova classificazione delle competenze e attività previste dal Contratto Nazionale di Lavoro del 16/11/22».Nell’occasione dell’appuntamento, verrà presentato il volume «Il rapporto di lavoro pubblico, analisi degli istituti e del procedimento dopo il nuovo CCNL Funzioni locali» (Maggioli Editore) di Angelo Capalbo. L’iniziativa è a ingresso è libero.
