Seppur le piogge della notte e della mattinata sembrassero di normale accadimento, nelle ultime oresiamo entrati in emergenza, con vari eventi franosi e fenomeni di esondazione e allagamenti.3 frane hanno causato la temporanea interruzione al traffico nelle strade di Paganico, Vessa eBrioli, per le quali abbiamo attivato immediatamente interventi di pulizia e riapertura.
Permane una criticità non risolvibile nella strada di S. Stefano-Donicilio, allagata nella parte
iniziale dall’esondazione del fiume Savio, che la rende inagibile, con obbligo per i residenti di
percorrere la strada di Donicilio-Alfero per raggiungere le proprie abitazioni ed attività.
Abbiamo gestito le segnalazioni di allagamenti diffusi in locali e aziende private, con interventi
volti a contenere gli allagamenti.
Il fiume Savio ha raggiunto livelli limite di tenuta in alcuni tratti, seppur senza esondazioni nei
centri abitati, mentre per ora si registrano livelli più bassi nei vari affluenti.
I contatti con Anas ci rappresentano una situazione della E45 e della SS71 gestite e praticabili.
Per quanto riguarda le prossime ore, è stata prolungata l’ALLERTA ROSSA fino a tutta la
giornata di giovedì 18 maggio prossimo. Si prevede una leggera diminuzione delle piogge, che
permarranno tuttavia a livelli consistenti di caduta concentrati soprattutto nel nostro territorio, ciò
che causa il persistere di un’elevata criticità idrogeologica e idraulica connessa ad un concreto
rischio frane e esondazioni da fiumi e reti di scolo.
La situazione rappresentata, pertanto, non consente di poter diminuire il livello di attenzione e tutela
pubblica e privata per tutti noi. Conseguentemente, Vi confermo il prolungamento anche per
domani delle decisioni assunte ieri , che Vi riassumo per Vostra comodità:
apertura del Centro Operativo Comunale e messa in allerta della Protezione Civile;
chiusura di tutte le scuole di ogni ordine e grado;
chiusura dei centri ricreativi e sociali;
chiusura di tutte le attività sportive;
chiusura al transito del Ponte Bailey e del Ponte di Cà di Ravaglia;
chiusura dei Mandrioli.
Dal lato privato, Vi devo chiedere di prestare la massima responsabilità precauzionale e serietà
di approccio da parte di tutti per evitare ogni danno possibile, facendo riferimento alle
indicazioni fornite ieri ed a ogni ulteriore attività che la diligenza richieda venga posta in essere
in relazione alle vari condizioni con le quali ognuno di noi si trova a rapportare.
