Nuovo Centro di simulazione medico avanzata presentato questa mattina all’Ospedale San Donato di Arezzo alla presenza del Direttore Generale della Asl Tse Antonio D’urso, del Direttore del Dipartimento Emergenza Urgenza Massimo Mandò della direttrice di presidio Barbara Innocenti e di Raffaella Pavani direttrice UOC Anestesia e Rianimazione di Arezzo . “Siamo soddisfatti-ha commentato il direttore del dipartimento di emergenza urgenza Massimo Mandò-Il centro è un fiore all’occhiello e punto di riferimento per tutta la sud est, è posto nei locali della biblioteca e si presenta completamente rinnovato sia dal punto di vista architettonico che tecnologico con upgrade del manichino simulatore, del sistema audiovideo e di molti presidi utili ad aumentare la fedeltà della formazione in Simulazione con l’obiettivo ultimo di implementare la qualità delle cure e la sicurezza dei pazienti grazie al lavoro di squadra di tutte le figure professionali in campo”. “La formazione è fondamentale su tematiche che in ambito sanitario ed in questo caso riguardanti l’emergenza sono affrontate quotidianamente- ha commentato il Direttore Generale Antonio D’Urso che per l’occasione della presentazione del centro ha tenuto a ringraziare sentitamente il Direttore Massimo Mandò per il lavoro svolto in questi anni- “L’attività medica è fatta anche di test per strutturare e formare al meglio il personale, il lavoro presentato questa mattina riproducendo una simulazione ha messo in evidenza l’importanza di continuare ad investire in questa direzione”Il Centro di Simulazione Medico Avanzata di Arezzo, nato nel 2015 dalla collaborazione tra Formazione Aziendale, Rischio Clinico e Dipartimento d’Emergenza Urgenza (DEU), è un ambiente formativo che cerca di replicare in maniera realistica le caratteristiche architettoniche e organizzative di un ambiente ospedaliero, all’interno del quale medici, infermieri, oss e personale in formazione possono affrontare i quotidiani percorsi diagnostico/terapeutici ed interventistici su simulatori e addestrarsi sulle proprie abilità in un contesto protetto e in totale sicurezza.Il Centro, in carico al DEU, ospita molteplici corsi principalmente sulle tecniche di rianimazione di base/avanzata ma, è da sempre, aperto alla collaborazione con gli altri Dipartimenti e ha già formato più di 800 dipendenti.
