Si sono conclusi con grande anticipo i lavori su Ponte Buriano, con la realizzazione del ponte provvisorio, propedeutico al ponte definitivo. Presenti oltre al Presidente della Provincia Alessandro Polcri, il Presidente della Commissione Assetto del territorio, Ambiente, Qualità Urbana Simon Pietro Palazzo in rappresentanza del Comune di Arezzo, il Prefetto Maddalena De Luca, il Comandante Provinciale dei Carabinieri Claudio Rubertà, il Comandante della Guardia di Finanza Walter Mazzei, il Vice Questore Alessia Marcolin Zuccarello, per Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Luca di Domenico e Lorenzo Casagrande, il Vice Presidente della Provincia Nicola Carini, i Consiglieri Provinciali Marco Mobidelli con delega ai lavori pubblici, Laura Chieli, Cinzia Santoni, Stella Scarnicci, il Dirigente Provinciale del Settore Viabilità e Lavori Pubblici Paolo Bracciali e tante autorità e cittadini

Oggi è un giorno di festa, finalmente il progetto di Ponte Buriano sta andando avanti, la Provincia di Arezzo ha completato i lavori realizzando il ponte provvisorio con un grande anticipo sulla tempistica stimata. Abbiamo fatto uno sforzo per poter completare i lavori il giorno prima dell’apertura delle scuole del 15 settembre, anche per dare un segnale di buon auspicio all’anno scolastico ed evitare che il TPL dovesse cambiare percorso a distanza di pochi giorni. I tempi contrattuali prevedevano la conclusione dei lavori entro il 5 ottobre, ma considerando poi tutte le operazioni di collaudo, l’apertura al traffico era programmata per la fine dell’anno 2023. Quindi siamo in netto anticipo e questo grazie a tutte le Amministrazioni coinvolte che desidero ringraziare, a partire non solo dal Settore Viabilità e Lavori Pubblici della Provincia di Arezzo, ma anche della Regione Toscana, del Comune di Arezzo, e della Soprintendenza, che si sono messe nell’ottica di favorire tempi rapidi. Un plauso alla Ditta che ha realizzato i lavori, la Costruzioni Nasoni SRL con sede a Fano ed alla direzione lavori, che hanno fatto molto di più di quello che per contratto era stabilito nella tempistica, per centrare insieme questo grande obiettivo, lavorando in condizioni non semplici lo voglio ricordare, anche sotto 2 metri dalla quota del fiume Arno. Costo dell’esecuzione dell’opera è pari a circa 3 milioni di euro. Adesso tutto il traffico è spostato nel ponte provvisorio e tutto ciò sarà propedeutico, per mettere in cantiere tutto il nuovo assetto viario definitivo, consentendo di riportare il manufatto medioevale, che è un pezzo della nostra storia, alla sua dimensione naturale di attrazione culturale e monumentale, destinandolo ai pedoni ed alle biciclette. Nel frattempo nello scorso mese di maggio lo studio FHECOR INGENIEROS CONSULTORES S.A. ha presentato il progetto definitivo che vede un costo complessivo dell’opera di 21 milioni di euro con tempi di realizzazione previsti di circa 28 mesi dalla data di inizio lavori,nell’ipotesi in cui verranno reperite le risorse necessarie. E’ in corso la conferenza di servizi per la pronuncia sul progetto definitivo dell’opera. Sarà un’ opera non invasiva, che valorizzerà il paesaggio, ed una risorsa strategica per lo sviluppo sostenibile di tutto il territorio; ma adesso l’impegno di tutti deve essere quello di ricercare le risorse per centrare il traguardo finale.”.
