Sansepolcro – Nel corso della recente seduta del consiglio comunale è stato approvato un Ordine del Giorno riguardante controllo e sicurezza nel tessuto urbano e nell’intero territorio comunale. L’atto, presentato dal gruppo consiliare “Adesso Riformisti”, è stato approvato all’unanimità dall’intero consesso dopo due emendamenti proposti dalla maggioranza rispetto al testo originario.
Nella sua versione definitiva recita “Si impegna sindaco e giunta a continuare tutte le azioni possibili, impegnandosi anche a tutti i livelli sovracomunali e rendendone conto al consiglio comunale, per incrementare il controllo nel centro storico e nel territorio comunale, riportando la fiducia necessaria ai residenti in modo che possano vivere più serenamente nelle proprie abitazioni tutelando i propri beni senza ansie e paure”. L’argomento, quanto mai attuale anche alla luce di ripetitivi fatti di cronaca, è stato ampiamente dibattuto da tutti i gruppi consiliari e ha registrato comunità di intenti. “Condividiamo l’obiettivo dell’Ordine del Giorno” ha commentato l’assessore Alessandro Rivi “su un argomento che ci vede attivi sin dal primo giorno del nostro mandato. Occorre sempre tenere a mente che l’amministrazione comunale è realtà di interlocuzione e che da parte nostra l’impegno prioritario è quello di fornire supporti, tramite telecamere e impianti di videosorveglianza, alle Forze dell’Ordine impegnate con professionalità nel loro compito. Difficile ipotizzare di reimpostare i turni della Polizia Municipale in ambito notturno: la verità è che ci dovrebbero essere più militi delle stesse Forze dell’Ordine a presidiare h24 l’intero territorio per scongiurare, con la loro presenza fisica sul posto, eventuali malintenzionati”. Su quest’ultimo punto il sindaco Fabrizio Innocenti, dopo aver inoltrato nei giorni scorsi apposita richiesta al Prefetto, ha fatto sapere che dalla Prefettura è arrivato il via libera alla convocazione del Comitato Provinciale per l’Ordine e la Sicurezza Pubblica, la cui data sarà comunicata nei prossimi giorni. “Esprimo soddisfazione per l’approvazione all’unanimità del nostro OdG” ha chiosato il consigliere Michele Gentili di Adesso Riformisti “Questa è una dimostrazione di quanto possiamo ottenere quando lavoriamo insieme come comunità. La sicurezza è una priorità fondamentale, abbiamo gettato le basi per lavorare su una questione che non era più rimandabile”.
