Questa seconda emissione (ISIN IT0005565392), come la precedente, è dedicata esclusivamente ai risparmiatori retail, e sarà in collocamento dal 2 al 6 ottobre 2023.
La novità di questa emissione risiede nella frequenza cedolare: infatti, per la prima volta per un titolo di Stato italiano, le cedole avranno una frequenza trimestrale: i risparmiatori quindi disporranno di un flusso cedolare abbastanza frequente durante la detenzione del titolo.
Struttura Si tratta di un’obbligazione di tipo step-up (ovvero a cedola crescente) di durata quinquennale (scadenza 10 ottobre 2028), con un premio fedeltà dello 0,5% sul capitale investito per coloro acquisteranno il titolo durante il collocamento e lo deterranno sino alla scadenza.
Il titolo in questione presenta i seguenti rendimenti cedolari (minimi):
– per i primi tre anni cedole ad un tasso fisso del 4,10%;
– per i due anni successivi il tasso sale al 4,50%;
Alla chiusura del collocamento tali tassi potranno essere confermati o rivisti al rialzo.
Il titolo sarà collocato alla pari (prezzo = 100), senza commissioni e con un lotto minimo acquistabile di 1.000 euro. Il rimborso avverrà sempre alla pari in un’unica soluzione. In quanto titolo di Stato è soggetto alla tassazione agevolata del 12,5% e all’esenzione dalle imposte di successione.
Modalità di sottoscrizione I risparmiatori potranno acquistare lo strumento in parola durante l’emissione (che ricordiamo si svolgerà dal 2 al 6 ottobre) o successivamente sul mercato secondario presso qualunque banca o ufficio postale dove si detenga un deposito titoli; la sottoscrizione potrà essere effettuata anche online, tramite il servizio di home-banking se si dispone della funzione di trading-online, evitando così di doversi recare in filiale o presso gli uffici postali.
Conviene? Non possiamo dire a priori se uno strumento sia conveniente o meno. Per fare una valutazione corretta è necessario tener conto delle caratteristiche individuali dell’investitore, degli obiettivi di vita che si prefigge e della composizione del suo portafoglio attuale.

Certamente possiamo dire che, dato il tasso di interesse e la scadenza relativamente breve, può essere una buona scelta per coloro che hanno necessità di impiegare della liquidità a medio termine. Come evidenziato per il primo BTP Valore ricordiamo che, sebbene il tasso dei 2 anni successivi ai primi sia crescente, questo non implica necessariamente una protezione dall’aumento dei prezzi; le cedole di questi strumenti, al contrario dei BTP Italia, non sono indicizzate all’inflazione. Ricordiamo che per un’analisi specifica del portafoglio, dei costi, e degli strumenti ottimali per investire è consigliabile affidarsi ad un professionista della consulenza finanziaria.
