” La FNP Cisl Patologie a confronto con medici, mobilità, nutrizione La FNP Cisl aretina a confronto con medici, nutrizionisti del settore per offrire un modello corretto di stile di vita “diversamente” giovani A Sansepolcro si è parlato di come vivere al meglio con il passare degli anni, tra corretti stile di vita e approccio alla cura di alcune patologie, attraverso il convegno del titolo terza età patologie, mobilità, nutrizione Un modo per cominciare a parlare di salute”.
L’incontro si è svolto mercoledì 25 ottobre presso i locali attigui all’oratorio Mons. Pompeo Ghezzi di Sansepolcro ed è stato organizzato su inizia7va della FNP Cisl di Arezzo, in collaborazione con l’Unione dei Comuni della Valtiberina e il Coordinamento Politiche di genere di Arezzo. Grazie alla partecipazione di tuta la cittadinanza il convegno aveva come scopo lapossibilità di dialogare con medici ed esperti analizzando le buone pratiche da attuare per vivere in maniera sana la cosidde6a Terza Età.
All’incontro hanno preso parte, oltre al direttivo FNP Cisl, medici e professionise
della sanità e altri rappresentan7 delle istituzioni: il dottor Giampiero Lua E direttore
Zona Distretto della Valtiberina, Antonio Cominazzi nutrizionista, Maria Laura
Gabrielli Coordinatrice U.O.P. Riabilitazione Funzionale Valtiberina, Cosetta Gasparri
presidente Associazione Diabeteci Valtiberina, Giuseppe De Iasi dirigente scolastico
dell’Istituto Omnicomprensivo Fanfani-Camaiti. Durante il convegno ha portato i suoi
saluti anche il sindaco di Sansepolcro, Fabrizio Innocen>. Un momento di approfondimento e di confronto intergenerazionale, reso possibile anche dalla partecipazione degli studenti dell’Istituto Omnicomprensivo Fanfani- Camaiti di Pieve Santo Stefano, che hanno preparato un aperitivo e assaggi con cibi indicati per diabeci. I ragazzi hanno messo in campo le conoscenze acquisite nel
loro percorso di studi a indirizzo alberghiero per preparare piatti pensati per chi è
affetto da diabete. “È un piacere per l’FNP Cisl organizzare evento di questo tipo che servano a dare
informazioni importanti ai pensionati ma ai cittadini in generale e che servano a mettere in rete le istituzioni del territorio al fine di migliorare la qualità della vita” – ha spiegato il Segretario dell’FNP Cisl di Arezzo Fabrizio Fabbroni.
