I nuovi punti insieme nelle case della salute e i centri socio sanitari riceveranno, senza necessità di prendere appuntamento, i cittadini di tutta la zona Valdarno indipendentemente dal comune di residenza 

Si potenziano le prime porte di accesso ai servizi socio sanitari.La persona residente nella Zona Distretto Valdarno, non autosufficiente e la persona con disabilità o un suo familiare e/o il rappresentante legale potrà rivolgersi a qualsiasi sportello del Punto Insieme, indipendentemente dal Comune di residenza.Lo sportello ove si può accedere senza appuntamento, sarà aperto in presenza, per 2 ore giornaliere presso i Distretti Socio Sanitari e le Case della Salute di ciascun Comune. Inoltre, verranno mantenuti, ognuno con le proprie modalità di accesso, gli sportelli già attivi presso i Comuni.I Punti Insieme rappresentano la porta di accesso al sistema integrato dei servizi socio-sanitari (art. 10 l.r. 66/2008), garantiscono l’accesso delle persone non autosufficienti anziani e disabili
