Arezzo – Nuovo avviso pubblico per la riqualificazione di un impianto sportivo. “Stavolta è il turno del centro sportivo di Vitiano, con un surplus costituito da un impegno diretto dell’amministrazione comunale”. Così commenta l’assessore Federico Scapecchi, che prosegue entrando nello specifico: “il Comune mette 80.000 euro come contributo economico per l’associazione che risulterà vincitrice e che gestirà in futuro la struttura.
Questo perché tra le opere è prevista la realizzazione di una sala polivalente a servizio della stessa che possa fungere anche da luogo di aggregazione per la frazione e le zone limitrofe, attualmente sprovviste di un luogo pubblico del genere. Tale soluzione avrebbe portato la spesa da affrontare a un’entità tale per il privato che abbiamo reputato giusto e doveroso un sostegno economico. Siamo dinanzi alla duplice veste che lo sport è capace di assumere, con i suoi risvolti agonistici e sociali e alla ulteriore dimostrazione che la politica intrapresa dall’amministrazione comunale nella riqualificazione degli impianti sportivi è azzeccata: da un lato lasciando spazio al mondo delle associazioni e società che intendono investire sul patrimonio pubblico, gestendolo poi gratuitamente, dall’altro investendo risorse in maniera oculata e mirata laddove, per varie ragioni, il loro investimento non sia sufficiente a coprire le esigenze”. I soggetti interessati dovranno richiedere obbligatoriamente un sopralluogo entro le 13 di lunedì 27 novembre e dovranno inviare il progetto di riqualificazione e la relativa documentazione a supporto entro le 13 di lunedì 4 dicembre.
