Il 12 dicembre scuola e territorio a confronto: quali prospettive per il lavoro dei giovani? Si terrà martedì 12 dicembre alle ore 17:00, nella Sala don Enrico Marini, ex Oratorio Corpus Domini in Piazza San Francesco a Lucignano (AR), un incontro tra il mondo della scuola e quello delle imprese. Al centro del dibattito i fabbisogni di professionalità delle imprese, la disoccupazione giovanile e le opportunità per ridurre il mismatch tra domanda e offerta di lavoro
“Come rendere la nostra vita e la nostra carriera a prova di futuro? Con conoscenza e curiosità.” – dice Giovanni Tiezzi, Presidente del Gruppo Imprenditori Valdichiana di Confindustria Toscana Sud . Premesso questo, è purtroppo frequente che i giovani non sviluppino competenze corrispondenti alle reali richieste del mercato del lavoro; le imprese, dal canto loro, non riescono a trovare giovani con capacità allineate alle loro esigenze – spiega Tiezzi – Al fine di agevolare il dialogo fra scuola ed impresa, e per fornire ai giovani utili informazioni sugli effettivi fabbisogni lavorativi del territorio, la nostra Associazione organizza frequenti momenti di orientamento con le scuole, gli studenti e le loro famiglie. Nell’incontro di quest’anno daremo voce a giovani entrati da poco nel mondo del lavoro, ad imprenditori del territorio ed ai rappresentanti del mondo della formazione, illustrando alcuni dati statistici inerenti il territorio della Valdichiana per capire quali siano le novità sul fronte dell’offerta formativa e del mercato del lavoro”. “Non è facile, per una ragazza o un ragazzo di 13 anni, scegliere la scuola superiore in cui iscriversi: orientarsi verso un liceo, un tecnico o un professionale è un’opzione che determinerà, in un certo modo, il proprio progetto di vita – dichiara Cristiano Rossi, Preside IC Lucignano “Rita Levi-Montalcini” – conoscere il proprio territorio e la sua realtà economica e culturale può essere di aiuto per poter scegliere con maggiore consapevolezza la scuola superiore in cui iscriversi: le aziende produttive, commerciali, o che erogano servizi, particolarmente attive in Valdichiana, richiedono, infatti, competenze di tipo tecnico, scientifico, professionale, di marketing, che le nostre scuole concorrono a formare. Conoscere le opportunità del territorio, insieme ad una riflessione sulle proprie attitudini e interessi può, quindi, aiutare a determinare una scelta più efficace. Un aspetto a cui teniamo particolarmente è il superamento dei pregiudizi legati agli stereotipi di genere, ancorati ad un concetto patriarcale di scuola, di stampo gentiliano, secondo cui le professioni di cura sono appannaggio delle ragazze e quelle tecniche dei ragazzi. Una società moderna deve sapere formare cuochi e cuoche, maestri e maestre, ingegneri ed ingegnere, parrucchieri e parrucchiere, meccanici e meccaniche”. “Ringrazio Confindustria che ha promosso la giornata di Orientamento scolastico per l’economia della Valdichiana, appuntamento di fondamentale importanza per tutti i giovani della vallata – dice Roberta Casini, Sindaco del Comune di Lucignano – ringrazio il Dirigente scolastico di Lucignano Cristiano Rossi per aver continuato questa bellissima esperienza. L’obiettivo di questo incontro è quello di mettere a confronto le aziende, con la presenza di Confindustria, i ragazzi, i loro familiari e le istituzioni (saranno presenti i Sindaci della Valdichiana aretina e senese), questo per capire ed orientare gli studenti nella scelta in modo consapevole. Vogliamo far capire ai ragazzi e alle loro famiglie quello che il nostro territorio offre e di cui ha bisogno, così da permettergli di fare la scelta migliore per il loro futuro.” Oltre al Sindaco Roberta Casini, interverranno all’iniziativa: Massimo Guasconi (Presidente CCIAA Arezzo Siena), Paolo Vozzi – Formatore e esperto di Comunicazione, Laura Meucci – San Giovanni Terme Rapolano, Anna Bernardini – Dirigente scolastico e Roberto Curtolo (Dirigente Ufficio Scolastico Provinciale Arezzo).
