Il comune di Sansepolcro inizia il 2024 puntando sulla cultura, per questo il Museo Civico biturgense sarà fruibile al pubblico anche il primo giorno del prossimo anno. Storicamente il Museo, aperto tutti i giorni, ha solo due chiusure l’anno, il 25 dicembre e il 1 gennaio, ma per far sì che cittadini e turisti presenti in città possano sfruttare l’occasione di visitare le opere custodite e le mostre allestite al suo interno anche in un giorno di festa come questo, il comune ha deciso di ampliare l’offerta culturale cittadina.
Quindi lunedì 1 gennaio 2024 sarà possibile visitare le sale del Museo Civico in via Aggiunti 65 con i soliti orari 10.00/13.00 e 14.30/18.00 e la Casa di Piero nella stessa strada al civico 71, con visite guidate che sono una introduzione a Piero della Francesca e la visita di quella che fu la sua dimora, due appuntamenti della durata di un’ora, dalle 11.30 alle 12.30 e dalle 15.30 alle 16.30 a cura della presidente della Fondazione Francesca Chieli.
