Lo dice Anna Maria Cantucci, presidente di Confcommercio Valtiberina, a margine degli atti vandalici compiuti da alcuni minorenni, che domenica 14 gennaio hanno devastato l’arredo urbano e i dehors di locali del centro storico di Sansepolcro.
“La nostra associazione condanna fortemente quanto accaduto. La delinquenza minorile è un fenomeno purtroppo in crescita in molte città italiane, grandi e piccole, e sono necessari l’impegno e la responsabilità di tutti – istituzioni, famiglie, imprese, parti sociali – per porre un argine deciso ad episodi come quelli accaduti a Sansepolcro, che hanno colpito materialmente le imprese e beni pubblici ma soprattutto hanno ferito la dignità di tutta la città”.
“Ognuno deve fare la sua parte perché si arrivi a comprendere da dove arriva il malessere che spinge i giovani a compiere questi atti deprecabili, coinvolgendo più attori, senza trarre conclusioni affrettate e puntare il dito – prosegue la presidente di Confcommercio Valtiberina – vanno monitorate anche le dipendenze, da droga o alcol, che potrebbero aggravare certi atteggiamenti che però hanno radici più profonde. Il rispetto del prossimo e del luogo in cui si vive si impara in famiglia, a scuola e nei più svariati ambiti sociali, sportivi, ricreativi e ludici, compresi i locali, che rappresentano un presidio di legalità e spesso sono le prime sentinelle del disagio sociale. Non ultimo, è necessario che ci sia la certezza della pena: chi sbaglia deve pagare”.
