Venerdì 2 febbraio 2024, presso la Sala Rossi Monti della Biblioteca Comunale di Città di Castello, si è tenuta una giornata interamente dedicata a “L’Impronta dell’Acqua”, il libro derivato dal progetto artistico e scientifico sviluppato in collaborazione con Roberto Ghezzi e promosso da Arpa Umbria con il sostegno della Fondazione Perugia.
L’evento è stato reso possibile grazie al generoso supporto del Museo di Scienze Naturali Malakos di Città di Castello. L’incontro ha previsto due momenti distinti. L’incontro delle 10:00 è stato dedicato agli studenti presenti, provenienti dalle scuole tifernate Francesco di Sales e l’Istituto Tecnico Franchetti Salviani, mentre dalle ore 16:00 si è tenuto l’evento con pubblico. L’evento ha visto la partecipazione di Rosalba Padula (curatrice scientifica del progetto per Arpa Umbria), l’artista Roberto Ghezzi, la curatrice artistica Mara Predicatori, Beatrice Santucci del Museo Malakos, Paolo Stranieri di Arpa Umbria, e Chiara Lorenzetti, storica dell’arte. Molti temi sono stati toccati, dalla conservazione ambientale, alle ricerche di ARPA Umbria, alle opere d’arte che hanno coinvolto ambienti ed ecosistemi, tra cui alcuni riferimenti legati anche all’artista tifernate Roberto Burri, fino ad arrivare all’interpretazione di paesaggio dell’artista Roberto Ghezzi. È stata sottolineata più volte l’importanza di iniziative come queste che uniscono Arte e Scienza, due discipline che sembrano distanti ma la cui unione porta progetti di grande ispirazione e arricchimento culturale, oltre uno scambio sociale che include punti di vista e formazioni differenti. A conclusione dell’interessante scambio tra arte e scienza, è stato possibile ammirare alcune tele di Roberto Ghezzi, anche al microscopio, inoltre è stato possibile toccare con mano alcuni interessanti campioni di molluschi studiati da ARPA Umbria. Il progetto, avviato nel 2022, ha come scopo principale l’illustrazione e la narrazione della biodiversità e del paesaggio del Trasimeno. Attraverso il complesso studio e la creazione delle esclusive Naturografie©, si è instaurato un interessante dialogo tra ricerca artistica e ricerca scientifica. “L’Impronta dell’Acqua” si è arricchito ulteriormente con una serie di percorsi didattici, incontri con studenti e cittadini, studi ecologici e biologici, mostre diffuse, e la pubblicazione conclusiva che ha raccolto tutti gli aspetti di questo affascinante percorso culturale.
