Un programma di iniziative dedicate ai libri e alla lettura Dopo il riconoscimento di ‘Sinalunga Città che legge’ ottenuto nel 2022 dal Ministero della Cultura, il Comune ha ottenuto un importante riconoscimento dal Consiglio Regionale Toscana anche per il progetto ‘La Biblioteca per tutta la vita, per la comunità di Sinalunga’
Negli anni l’amministrazione comunale di Sinalunga ha portato avanti con continuità una serie di politiche mirate alla promozione del libro e della lettura assumendo il ruolo della propria biblioteca come bene comune e collettivo per rafforzare il senso di comunità a partire dai più piccoli cittadini e cittadine, dalle famiglie, dal contesto scolastico, da giovani e adulti utilizzando il libro e la lettura come strumenti per attivare spazi culturali, di aggregazione e condivisione dove rendere possibili momenti di incontro e scambio tra cittadini. Nel 2022 il Centro per il Libro e la Lettura (Ministero della Cultura) ha nuovamente approvato la candidatura del Comune assegnandogli il titolo di “Città che legge” e per dare maggiormente seguito a questo titolo, potenziare ed estendere tutte le iniziative e i servizi attivati dalla Biblioteca comunale di Sinalunga, nel maggio 2022 è stato aperto, un nuovo “punto prestito” della biblioteca, nei locali di proprietà comunale nel centro abitato di Bettolle. Adesso il Consiglio Regionale della Toscana ha riconosciuto un altro importante e significativo contributo alla biblioteca di Sinalunga per il progetto ‘La Biblioteca per tutta la vita, per la comunità di Sinalunga’. Il progetto prevede l’organizzazione di una serie di iniziative finalizzate a promuovere la lettura sul territorio regionale con l’organizzazione di eventi aperti alla comunità sia presso la sezione di Bettolle sia presso gli istituti scolastici di Sinalunga. Appuntamenti in biblioteca. Gli appuntamenti aperti e organizzati presso la bi.bet – sezione di Bettolle prenderanno il via mercoledì 28 febbraio con l’incontro ‘Non aprite quella porta – Fantasmi, streghe e mostri’, un laboratorio suddiviso in quattro appuntamenti dedicati ai bambini, per muovere i primi passi nel mondo dei racconti horror, a cura della libreria “La Casa sull’Albero” di Arezzo (le date sono: 6, 13 e 20 marzo 2024 – dalle ore 16.00 alle ore 17.30 – massimo20 partecipanti previa iscrizione da presentare alla Biblioteca Comunale di Sinalunga entro il 23 febbraio 2024). Poi si prosegue sabato 2 marzo alle ore 17:00 con l’inaugurazione dell’esposizione delle opere in ceramica realizzate da Marina Gigli – Rifrangenze – da “Le Città Invisibili” di Italo Calvino – con le letture di Lisa Collodoro e Musiche di Lorenzo Mercatelli; l’esposizione sarà visitabile fino al 23 marzo – orari di apertura: mattino: Mercoledì, Giovedì, Sabato 9:00-12:00 e il pomeriggio: Mercoledì Sabato 16:00-18:30. Un altro laboratorio prenderà il via venerdì 15 marzo dal titolo la Biblioteca dei destini incrociati – esercizi di scrittura tarobiografica (autobiografia con i tarocchi) a cura di Rachele Bindi psicologa e psicoterapeuta. Il laboratorio di scrittura creativa è articolato in sei incontri e si svolgerà nei giorni 19 marzo, 5 e 23 aprile, 3 e 14 maggio – dalle 16.00 alle 19.00, per un massimo 15 partecipanti previa iscrizione da presentare alla Biblioteca Comunale di Sinalunga entro il 4 marzo 2024. Il programma alla biblioteca di Bettolle termina sabato 23 marzo alle ore 17:00 con l’incontro con Claudia Chellini Ricercatrice e Formatrice INDIRE (Istituto Nazionale Documentazione Innovazione Ricerca Educativa) dal titolo Leggere fiabe popolari, genitori e bambini insieme – Le fiabe popolari sono parti integranti del nostro patrimonio culturale. Appuntamenti nelle scuole. Agli appuntamenti in biblioteca, si aggiungono le attività specifiche rivolte ai diversi ordini di scuole dell’Istituto scolastico John Lennon di Sinalunga: “Storie a perdicollo’, lo spettacolo teatrale con libri, racconti, musica e narrazioni a cura della compagnia Faber Teater di Chivasso (To); “Detective a colazione”, un percorso tra i libri per ragazzi tra indagini, sparizioni ed enigmi da risolvere….primi passi nel genere detective stories a cura della libreria “La Casa sull’Albero” di Arezzo. E poi ancora “E io non scendo più….”, il laboratorio di lettura dedicato a Italo Calvino a cura della Libreria “La Casa sull’Albero” di Arezzo per un percorso che parte da uno dei capolavori di Calvino, Il Barone rampante, per raccontare ai ragazzi altri protagonisti letterari; “In mezzo a boschi e paesaggi incantati”, laboratorio di lettura dedicato a Italo Calvino a cura della Libreria “La Casa sull’Albero” di Arezzo per un viaggio nel fiabesco a partire dalle fiabe trascritte da Italo Calvino. Un percorso nei sentimenti e nella cultura popolare del nostro paese; “La Costituzione in tasca”, un laboratorio di educazione civica curato dalla scrittrice Anna Sarfatti, esperta di letteratura per l’infanzia e da anni impegnata a diffondere le tematiche sui diritti dei bambini e sulla legalità; “Laboratori di lettura ad alta voce”, un’attività finalizzata a sostenere la pratica educativa della lettura ad alta voce quale strumento per il raggiungimento delle competenze fondamentali per la vita e per la scuola a cura di Sara Di Crescenzio, Consulente per l’orientamento professionale e scolastico ed esperta in percorsi di lettura; “La Biblioteca Siamo noi”, percorsi laboratoriali di lettura, in continuità con i PEZ già avviati con realizzazione e gestione della “Biblioteca di Classe” a cura di Sara Di Crescenzio e infine “Intorno alle storie, bambini e genitori insieme”, una lettura nei Nidi d’Infanzia Comunali L’Aquilone a Sinalunga e le Nuvole a Guazzino, insieme a un laboratorio di lettura genitori e bambini a scuola dedicato alle scuole dell’Infanzia. Leggere ai figli è un dono d’amore, di emozioni vissute stando vicini, di conoscenza che apre la mente, di scoperte inaspettate, paure attraversate, divertimento che rimane tutta la vita, a cura di Lorena Cottini, esperta di letteratura per l’infanzia, formatrice del Programma Nazionale Nati per Leggere e coordinatrice pedagogica del Comune di Sinalunga e della Zona Valdichiana Senese.
