AREZZO – Un confronto interessante e positivo per un progetto ambizioso Il nuovo stadio è stato l’oggetto dell’incontro che si è svolto questa mattina in Comune tra l’Amministrazione e l’Arezzo calcio, presenti il sindaco Alessandro Ghinelli e gli assessori Federico Scapecchi, Alessandro Casi, Simone Chierici, Francesca Lucherini, Alberto Merelli, Marco Sacchetti insieme ai tecnici interessati, e per la società dell’Arezzo il presidente Guglielmo Manzo, l’AD Sabatino Selvaggio e il gruppo di tecnici
che ha presentato il progetto preliminare per la riqualificazione dell’impianto sportivo.
“E’ stato un incontro interessante e positivo – ha commentato il sindaco Alessandro Ghinelli -. Ci siamo confrontati sulla proposta progettuale, ambiziosa e senza dubbio importante sia dal punto di vista urbanistico che estetico, destinato a cambiare il volto della parte di città dove insiste lo stadio comunale. Abbiamo fatto le nostre prime osservazioni, si tratta adesso di procedere per step nell’analisi di tutte le variabili che un progetto così impattante per la città porta con sé e che richiede le valutazioni anche di ordine pubblico e di compatibilità con le leggi della Regione. Ci rivedremo ad aprile per un tavolo di aggiornamento”.
Entro aprile la società presenterà al Comune un documento di fattibilità delle alternative progettuali, un documento che contiene una analisi tecnica, economica e degli aspetti occupazionali, oltre alla verifica del rispetto dei vincoli paesaggistici ed urbanistici. Più scenari, con le rispettive stime economiche affinchè l’Amministrazione possa avere la possibilità di valutare più alternative. Si tratta di un documento previsto dalla normativa per poter avviare l’iter che consente al Comune di dichiarare la pubblica utilità dell’opera.
