Il programma degli incontri formativi nei centri di aggregazione sociale Riconoscere e prevenire truffe e reati contro il patrimonio e imparare ad usare al meglio la tecnologia digitale. E’ quanto propone il programma di incontri organizzato dal Comune di Arezzo in collaborazione con la Fondazione Arezzo Comunità e la partecipazione dell’Arma dei Carabinieri e della Polizia Locale, e che a partire dal 22 marzo interesserà con una specifica calendarizzazione i centri di aggregazione sociale di Tortaia, Indicatore e Villa Severi
L’attivazione dello SPID, l’uso dei servizi online, la conoscenza di PC e smartphone, la sicurezza informatica sono i temi di “Digitale al Centro”, il ciclo di appuntamenti curato dagli esperti del Comune. A questi, si aggiungeranno tre incontri dedicati alla prevenzione delle truffe agli anziani e ai reati contro il patrimonio curati direttamente dagli ufficiali dell’Arma dei Carabinieri e con la partecipazione della Polizia Locale, nel corso dei quali saranno illustrate le tecniche utilizzate dai malviventi per indurre le vittime a consegnare denaro od oggetti preziosi nonché semplici accorgimenti utili per la prevenzione del reato stesso durante la fase esecutiva. Più nel dettaglio, il programma prevede i seguenti appuntamenti: al CAS Tortaia si parlerà di “Attivazione SPID” e di “Servizi online: quali sono e come si usano” il 22 marzo con orario 8:30-11:00 e 11:00-13:00; di “PC e smartphone: conoscenze di base” il 13 settembre dalle 10:30 alle 13:00; di “Sicurezza informatica: come evitare le truffe online” il 18 ottobre sempre dalle 10:30 ale 13:00. Gli stessi temi e nello stesso ordine saranno trattati al CAS Indicatore nelle seguenti date: il 5 aprile con doppio appuntamento dalle 15:00 alle 18:00 e dalle 21:00 alle 23:00, il 13 settembre con orario 21:00-23:00 e il 18 ottobre dalle 21:00 alle 23:00. Una calendarizzazione dedicata sarà riservata agli incontri sulla prevenzione delle truffe agli anziani e ai reati contro il patrimonio: questi si svolgeranno tutti alle ore 21:15 rispettivamente il 19 aprile al CAS Villa Severi, il 3 maggio al CAS Tortaia, il 10 maggio al CAS Indicatore.
“Prossimità, presenza e trasversalità di relazioni tra le forze in campo è il segno che questa città intende dare e che trova nei centri di aggregazione sociale un importante sintesi organizzativa e operativa. Un luogo strategico per comunicare con i cittadini e che attribuisce ai CAS nuove e diverse funzioni di partecipazione non burocratica di cui dovremo tenere conto al più presto. Intendo poi ringraziare moltissimo l’Arma dei Carabinieri in particolare il Colonello Claudio Rubertà e il Maggiore Silvia Gobbini insieme al Comandante Aldo Poponcini della nostra Polizia Municipale per la loro capillare presenza”, ha dichiarato il vicesindaco Lucia Tanti. “La facilitazione verso la transizione digitale si conferma una delle priorità dell’Amministrazione, essendo ormai elemento fondamentale e parte integrante del nostro quotidiano. Proprio per questo è importante che tutti siano messi in grado di saper usare autonomamente e consapevolmente gli strumenti informatici e a questo sono finalizzati gli incontri organizzati presso i CAS”, ha detto l’assessore Monica Manneschi. “Il fenomeno delle truffe ai danni delle fasce di popolazione più deboli nel territorio nazionale e che, purtroppo, interessa anche questa Provincia, impone una più adeguata e divulgata conoscenza, rivolta alle potenziali vittime, delle tecniche utilizzate dai truffatori per portare a compimento tali reati. Negli incontri presso i CAS che l’Arma dei Carabinieri ha promosso in piena sinergia con il Comune di Arezzo, saranno illustrate le tecniche utilizzate dai malfattori per indurre le vittime a consegnare denaro od oggetti preziosi nonché semplici accorgimenti utili per la prevenzione del reato stesso durante la fase esecutiva. Questo, a maggior tutela dei cittadini”, ha commentato il Comandante provinciale dell’Arma dei Carabinieri Claudio Rubertà. “Il bisogno di sicurezza si fa sempre più diffuso tra la popolazione e questo ci mette nella condizione di impegnarci sempre di più nella nostra attività di prossimità. Si tratta di un bisogno trasversale, che coinvolge tutti, dagli adolescenti agli anziani, e che trova la Polizia Municipale sempre in prima linea”, ha aggiunto il Comandante della PM Aldo Poponcini.
