GIOVEDI’ 28 MARZO IL VIA ALLA MOSTRA DI FOTO E VIDEO “BUITONI E IL SOCIALE” A PALAZZO ALBERTI DI SANSEPOLCRO. ANTEPRIMA ALLE 17.30 NELLA SALA CONSILIARE DI PALAZZO DELLE LAUDI L’appuntamento è per le 17.30 di giovedì 28 marzo nella sala consiliare di Palazzo delle Laudi a Sansepolcro, dove si consumerà l’atto iniziale della cerimonia di inaugurazione della mostra di foto e video inediti “Buitoni e il sociale”, organizzata dal Cral Buitoni, prima del trasferimento nella sede dell’esposizione: le sale di Palazzo Alberti in via XX Settembre, fino a venerdì 31 maggio prossimo.
Oltre alle autorità istituzionali invitate per l’occasione, saranno presenti anche due discendenti della famiglia che a suo tempo ha fondato la nota azienda di paste alimentari: Filippo Buitoni, figlio di Paolo, ultimo amministratore delegato del gruppo Ibp (Industrie Buitoni Perugina) e Bruno, già presente alla conferenza stampa di mercoledì 20 e figlio di Giuseppe, presidente del poligrafico Buitoni. A Palazzo Alberti è prevista anche la presentazione del rendering sull’ipotesi del futuro museo Buitoni, realizzato dagli studenti dell’istituto superiore “Giovagnoli” di Sansepolcro. Il mese di aprile sarà poi caratterizzato da due conferenze a tema, che si terranno entrambe nella sala consiliare di Palazzo delle Laudi con inizio alle ore 17: la prima è fissata per giovedì 4 e tratterà l’argomento “Il glutine e la pasta – il rapporto con il diabete”, assieme a due esperte in materia, la dottoressa Cosetta Gasparri e la dottoressa Anna Ranchelli; la seconda il giovedì successivo, 11 aprile, quando si parlerà di impegno dell’azienda nel sociale con Andrea Belli, responsabile media e relazione esterne in Italia, charity, donations ed heritage del gruppo Barilla. “Poche industrie possono vantare, quanto la Buitoni, una profonda e sentita attenzione per tutto ciò che attiene a un proficuo rapporto con i propri dipendenti, al loro sviluppo economico, alla loro crescita sociale e alla valorizzazione della loro cultura”: così il Cral Buitoni, attraverso il suo presidente Roberto Belli, ricorda ciò che era stata la filosofia operativa della grande fabbrica di Sansepolcro e quindi spiega i motivi per i quali è stato organizzato un evento capace di illustrare in 160 foto e in 35 vecchi video ciò che si faceva oltre il normale orario di lavoro e i servizi messi a disposizione delle maestranze. La mostra, a ingresso libero, potrà essere visitata il lunedì dalle 16 alle 19 e tutti gli altri giorni (domenica compresa) dalle 10 alle 13 e dalle 16 alle 19.
