Per questo martedì 9 aprile è in programma uno speciale Open Day dedicato a uomini e donne, anche senza esperienza, che cercano un impiego come barista/barman, aiuto cuoco/a, cameriere/a, addetto/a banco gelateria, addetto/a banco gastronomia, addetto/a preparazione taglieri, pizzaioli e operatori street food per il fine settimana. I candidati potranno presentarsi muniti di curriculum vitae nella sede aretina di Confcommercio in via XXV Aprile n.12 dalle 9.30 alle 12.00: qui avranno un primo colloquio con lo staff di LS Lavoro e Selezione al fine di facilitare la profilazione per un potenziale inserimento nelle attività lavorative in cerca di personale. “Con l’arrivo della bella stagione e l’incremento del turismo tante imprese e pubblici esercizi hanno bisogno di figure specifiche da assumere – spiega la responsabile di LS Lavoro e Selezione Sara Vagnoli – il nostro compito è quello di facilitare il match tra domanda e offerta: per questo abbiamo deciso di organizzare un Open Day libero e gratuito. Il nostro staff darà l’opportunità di conoscere interessanti realtà aziendali, valutando i percorsi di carriera più adeguati alle esperienze e aspettative del candidato”.
