Nuovo servizio al DigiPASS, dove d’ora in poi i cittadini potranno recarsi anche per richiedere l’assegnazione di una casa popolare. I facilitatori digitali affiancheranno infatti gratuitamente gli interessati nella compilazione della domanda per un alloggio di Edilizia Residenziale e Sociale Pubblica, che da alcuni anni deve essere presentata esclusivamente online. “Una marcia in più al fianco dei cittadini e della garanzia del diritto di cittadinanza, che si realizza quando le persone hanno la possibilità di partecipare e contribuire alla vita sociale della comunità e vengono messe nelle condizioni di usufruire pienamente delle opportunità a disposizione della collettività”, sottolinea l’assessore all’Innovazione Digitale Rodolfo Braccalenti. “Questa nuova opportunità – osserva Braccalenti – è lo specchio dello spirito di servizio del Digipass, che, grazie a risorse umane e professionali di prim’ordine, è una porta aperta all’inclusione sociale, alle pari opportunità di dialogo con la pubblica amministrazione e offre un supporto sempre più necessario per una fascia di popolazione meno abituata all’utilizzo degli strumenti informatici, che è chiamata a raccogliere la non semplice sfida dell’innovazione digitale”. A Città di Castello, capofila della Zona Sociale 1 nella quale è attivo il servizio, i facilitatori digitali del DigiPASS sono a disposizione dei cittadini all’interno della Biblioteca Carducci (piano terra), dove sarà possibile compilare la domanda fino al prossimo 31 maggio, data di scadenza del bando pubblicato dall’amministrazione comunale tifernate. Gli utenti potranno usufruire del servizio anche nelle sedi di San Giustino (all’interno del palazzo comunale), Citerna (presso l’infopoint del palazzo comunale) e Umbertide (all’interno della palazzina FAMO). Presso gli sportelli DigiPASS della Zona Sociale 1, i facilitatori digitali sono a disposizione dei cittadini anche per fornire supporto per altre necessità, come l’utilizzo dell’identità digitale SPID, l’accesso ai servizi della pubblica amministrazione, l’utilizzo del CUP online e la consultazione del fascicolo sanitario elettronico. Presso le sedi del DigiPass i cittadini hanno la possibilità anche di partecipare a corsi di formazione sull’informatica di base. “Uno tra gli obiettivi degli sportelli DigiPASS è, infatti, quello di accrescere le competenze digitali della popolazione per favorire il pieno godimento della cittadinanza digitale attiva”, evidenzia Braccalenti, ricordando che “gli sportelli DigiPASS dei Comuni di Città di Castello, Umbertide, San Giustino, Citerna sono entrati nella rete nazionale dei Punti di Facilitazione, l’iniziativa promossa dal Dipartimento per la trasformazione digitale della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri per potenziare le competenze e l’inclusione digitale”. Il progetto, a cui ha aderito nella Zona Sociale 1 anche il Comune di Montone, rientra nella Missione 1 del PNRR ed è destinato a supportare le fasce della popolazione più esposte ai rischi del digital-divide culturale. La presentazione ufficiale della pianificazione che riguarda gli sportelli dell’Altotevere e del resto della regione sarà unita all’inaugurazione ufficiale del nuovo ufficio presso la Biblioteca Carducci nella cerimonia pubblica in programma venerdì 19 aprile, alle ore 11.30, a cui parteciperanno i rappresentanti istituzionali della Regione, del Comune di Città di Castello e delle altre municipalità coinvolte.
