TEATRO DI ANGHIARI – Uno spettacolo dedicato al MITO, quello classico ma sempre contemporaneo. MITO in fabula è “un’opera popolare”, un tentativo di interesse, attraverso l’arte, il racconto di storie leggendarie appartenenti a quell’articolato e variopinto repertorio che ci è stato consegnato da Ovidio nelle Metamorfosi.
Enrico Lo Verso ripercorre gesta dei grandi e celebri miti, restituendo al racconto la sua funzione principale: rendere immortale il pensiero e il valore della classicità. Uno spettacolo che “pesca” dal passato e dalla poesia epica, per ritrovare insegnamenti e valori che oggi, a distanza di 2000 anni dalla stesura delle Metamorfosi, sono straordinariamente attuali. Se, come diceva Calvino, un classico è un libro che non ha mai smesso di dirci qualcosa, allora, nella rilettura del mito classico ritroviamo le matrici per vivere e comprendere il presente.
