SANSEPOLCRO – Sostegno alle famiglie del territorio comunale in difficoltà, molteplici le azioni da parte dell’istituzione. Per il contributo destinato alle famiglie disagiate, in regola con il pagamento del canone di locazione per l’intero anno 2023, sono stati stanziati ben 45.000 euro sul fronte affitti. Si tratta di un intervento straordinario attuato ricorrendo alle proprie risorse, dato che a tal fine non sono stati previsti fondi statali, come avveniva in passato, e che la Regione ha stanziato solo 5.585 per l’intera Valtiberina. Sono 114 le famiglie residenti al Sansepolcro che ne hanno beneficiato.
Ad ogni famiglia è stata assegnata , in media, la somma di 394,74 euro. Con tale provvedimento si è voluto evitare, per quanto possibile, ritardi e inadempimenti nel pagamento del canone di locazione che nel tempo possono generare procedimenti di sfratto, oggi sempre più frequenti, per morosità di locatari che, nonostante la buona volontà, non sono in grado di sostenere la spesa per disporre di una abitazione. Dell’intervento beneficiano indirettamente tanti piccoli proprietari di immobili acquistati grazie al sacrificio di anni ed anni di risparmio, loro o dei loro genitori. Di tutto rilievo anche l’intervento a sostegno del pagamento della Tari, che ha interessato le famiglie biturgensi in difficoltà nel far fronte alla spesa dovuta per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti domestici. Supporto in questo caso per un importo di circa 33.000 euro. Molto numerose sono state poi le richieste di contributi per il pagamento delle utenze di energia elettrica e metano, per cui è stata stanziata la somma di 43.978 euro. Infine messi a disposizione 15.000 euro per consentire alle famiglie meno agiate di iscrivere i propri figli alle varie associazioni e società sportive. Ciò per favorire la pratica dello sport di tutti i bambini e dei giovani non ancora maggiorenni.
