Limitazioni in materia di vendita e somministrazione di bevande in contenitori di vetro e metallo (lattine) nelle aree del centro storico, divieto di utilizzo di contenitori di vetro e metallo (lattine) nelle aree pubbliche e aperte al pubblico del centro storico – Ordinanza Sindacale numero 162 pubblicata all’albo pretorio on line. Per tutto il periodo ricompreso dal 20 giugno 2024 al 16 luglio 2024, all’interno del territorio delimitato dalle mura urbiche, al fine di assicurare il soddisfacimento delle esigenze di tutela della tranquillità e del riposo dei residenti, nonché dell’ambiente e del patrimonio culturale, le condizioni di vivibilità e convivenza civile dei residenti “è vietato, dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 06.00 del giorno successivo, nelle giornate di giovedì, venerdì, sabato e domenica, consumare in luogo pubblico, ad esclusione del consumo effettuato all’interno dei pubblici esercizi autorizzati alla somministrazione e al tavolo nelle loro pertinenze esterne rilasciate in concessione, bevande contenute in contenitori di vetro o metallo (lattine); La somministrazione e il consumo delle bevande in vetro o metallo (lattine), dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 06.00 del giorno successivo, nelle giornate di giovedì, venerdì, sabato e domenica, è permessa solamente all’interno dei pubblici esercizi e, al tavolo, nelle pertinenze esterne o nelle aree date in concessione agli stessi; è vietato, dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 06.00 del giorno successivo, nelle giornate di giovedì, venerdì, sabato e domenica, agli esercizi di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande e di commercio in sede fissa, ambulante su aree pubbliche, tramite distributori automatici (ex D.lgs. 114/98), nonché alle attività artigianali, vendere e comunque distribuire, a qualsiasi titolo, per asporto, bevande in contenitori di vetro o metallo
