SANSEPOLCRO – Il Consiglio Comunale è convocato per giovedì 27 giugno 2024 alle ore 16:00 nella Sala Consiliare di Palazzo delle Laudi per discutere gli argomenti di cui al seguente:
ORDINE DEL GIORNO
- Approvazione del verbale della seduta del 29 Aprile 2024;
- Comunicazioni del Presidente del Consiglio;
- Comunicazioni del Sindaco;
- Acquisto Palazzo delle Laudi dall’Agenzia del Demanio – Art. 1, commi 436 e 437, della Legge n. 311/2004 – Autorizzazione alla stipula del contratto;
- Piano economico finanziario del servizio rifiuti per l’anno 2024 ai fini TARI – PEF pluriennale ARERA 2022-2025;
- Approvazione delle tariffe della TARI per l’anno 2024;
- Variazione al piano degli investimenti e al piano delle opere pubbliche per il triennio 2024 – 2026;
- Variazione al bilancio di previsione finanziario 2024/2026 (art. 175, comma 2, del D.Lgs. n. 267/2000);
- Attribuzione all’Unione dei Comuni della Valtiberina delle funzioni di Centrale Unica di Committenza per il Comune di Sansepolcro, ai sensi dell’articolo 11 dello Statuto dell’Unione – Presa d’atto adeguamento regolamentare ai sensi della normativa in essere;
- Autorizzazione al trasferimento all’estero di Amministratori per Ingresso Comune di Sansepolcro nella Federazione dei Cammini di Santiago;
- Modifiche al regolamento per la concessione dei loculi cimiteriali;
- Modifiche al regolamento per la disciplina della concessione di beni immobili a terzi;
- Variazione al bilancio di previsione finanziario 2024/2026- ratifica della deliberazione di G.C. n.115 adottata il 03.05.2024 ai sensi dell’art.42 c.4 e dell’art.175 c.4 del D.Lgs.267/2000;
- Declassificazione della strada vicinale de “Il Cantone” e contestuale classificazione di un nuovo tracciato alternativo, avviato con D.C.C. n. 81 del 20/05/2018 – CONCLUSIONE DEL PROCEDIMENTO;
