Federico Scarponi nominato nuovo direttore Recupero e Riabilitazione Funzionale per l’Area AretinaÈ stato firmato oggi il nuovo incarico per il dottor Federico Scarponi che andrà a dirigere la struttura complessa di Recupero e Rieducazione Funzionale per l’Area Provinciale Aretina. Si è specializzato in Medicina Fisica e Riabilitazione nel 2006 presso l’Università degli Studi di Perugia e ha lavorato presso l’istituto Auxologico IRCSS a Verbania e successivamente presso il reparto di Neuroriabilitazione degli Istituti Clinici Maugeri IRCSS di Pavia, prima di tornare in Umbria nel 2008.
Il dott. Scarponi, che entrerà in servizio a metà settembre, viene da una qualificata esperienza nella Usl Umbria 2 sotto la guida del dott. Mauro Zampolini, divenendo, a partire dal 2015, il Responsabile del Reparto di Neuroriabilitazione dell’Ospedale di Foligno, una struttura di importante valenza regionale nel trattamento delle gravi cerebrolesioni acquisite.
Proprio sul tema della Neuroriabilitazione – di cui ha trattato come autore o coautore in oltre 20 pubblicazioni scientifiche internazionali – ha maturato una notevole esperienza a livello regionale e nazionale, sia facendo parte del Consiglio Direttivo della Società Italiana di Riabilitazione Neurologica (SIRN) per 10 anni, sia come attuale segretario della sezione Gravi Cerebrolesioni Acquisite della Società Italiana di Medicina Fisica e Riabilitazione (SIMFER) e partecipando come moderatore o relatore a vari congressi nazionali. Ha insegnato “Riabilitazione in area critica” nel corso di laurea in Fisioterapia dell’Università degli Studi di Perugia dal 2016 al 2024.“Sono molto entusiasta di questo incarico e colgo l’occasione per ringraziare tutta la Direzione Aziendale per questa opportunità professionale – spiega il dott. Scarponi -. Non vedo l’ora di inserirmi nella realtà della Rieducazione funzionale aretina per portare il mio contributo e la mia esperienza dal punto di vista organizzativo, clinico e nella ricerca”.
