“THE TIME IS NOW” del 1 luglio 2024 a Tel Aviv Il 1 luglio alle 18.00 a Tel Aviv si realizzerà una grande mobilitazione per dire no alla guerra, per la fine del conflitto e per un accordo di pace. Organizzata da oltre 50 associazioni israeliane ed associazioni miste, composte da ebrei, arabi, israeliani, palestinesi, uniti da un obiettivo comune: pace, sicurezza e rispetto reciproco.
Insieme alla Rete Italiana Pace e Disarmo esprimiamo la nostra adesione e sostegno a questa mobilitazione con la speranza che questa iniziativa apra la strada alla ricomposizione del movimento per la pace in Palestina ed in Israele per costruire, l’alternativa ad una politica xenofoba, razzista, fanatica, capace solo di provocare distruzione e morte, seminare odio, negare diritti e libertà. È necessario costruire un grande fronte internazionale di società civile al fianco di israeliani e palestinesi uniti contro la guerra e per la pace giusta, capace di rompere le barriere e gli ostacoli che impediscono di vivere insieme. Uniti dal reciproco rispetto, dal riconoscimento del diritto dell’altro di esistere in pace ed in sicurezza, con uguali diritti.
