Le dichiarazioni di Voloshin sono arrivate un giorno dopo che il ministero della Difesa russo ha rivendicato con un comunicato su Telegram che le sue truppe hanno preso il controllo del quartiere di Chasiv Yar, il primo ad essere stato conquistato dalle truppe russe nell’ambito della loro offensiva contro la città.
