Al di là del messaggio che intendo reiterare verso chi adotta un cane, ovvero che la generosità va sostenuta con senso di responsabilità visto l’impegno che comporta, credo che un secondo appello vada fatto nei confronti dei canili che cedono i propri animali a una persona o a una famiglia. Il soggetto in questione, come risulta leggendo le cronache, aveva preso il cane esattamente poche ore prima di ucciderlo: per cui confido che qualunque struttura si muova con la giusta cautela, verificando per lo meno la sussistenza di quella consapevolezza da me citata, propedeutica a creare un corretto rapporto tra uomo e animale e un affetto reciproco”.
