Siena, 10 luglio 2024 – Oggi si è svolto l’incontro richiesto all’Azienda USL Toscana Sud Est da CGIL, CISL e UIL e le categorie sindacali interessate di Arezzo, Siena e Grosseto in merito ai tagli, ai servizi CUP, a causa dei quali le cooperative che hanno l’appalto di gestione hanno già formalizzato una riduzione oraria e, in alcuni casi, dei licenziamenti di personale. ENTRA IN CRISI IL TAVOLO CON I SINDACATI CONFEDERALI
Le organizzazioni hanno unitariamente segnalato come la riorganizzazione dei servizi, anche quelli appaltati, siano oggetto di un protocollo che impegna l’USL al confronto preventivo con i sindacati che, nonostante le richieste e le ripetute sollecitazioni, si è svolto solo oggi, tardivamente e con le decisioni aziendali già formalizzate. CGIL, CISL e UIL hanno rappresentato come il processo di riorganizzazione dei front office delineato stamani avrebbe necessità di un tempo di attuazione perlomeno che traghettasse l’attuale appalto in essere (fino al 2026) sia per mettere a terra tutti i progetti previsti in sostituzione agli attuali fronti office CUP e scongiurare il rischio di desertificazione dei servizi di accesso alla sanità nelle aree interne e rurali delle tre province che penalizza in particolar modo la popolazione anziana, sia soprattutto per mitigare il grave impatto di ricaduta occupazionale che questa scelta aziendale sta determinando, in settori peraltro che occupano per la maggioranza donne e soggetti fragili, spesso con part time involontari. La Direzione Aziendale ha chiuso ogni porta al proseguo del confronto preventivo dichiarando che dal mese di agosto attuerà la riorganizzazione presentata. CGIL, CISL e UIL ritengono grave la scelta di proseguire nell’attuazione delle misure, sia per la frattura nelle relazioni sindacali che essa determina, sia per la contrazione dei servizi che produce, in un settore cruciale quale il CUP che rappresenta la porta di accesso alla sanità pubblica, in assenza di prestazioni alternative già completamente operative, ma soprattutto per la totale mancanza di responsabilità sociale da parte di un Ente Pubblico, governato dalla Regione Toscana, nei confronti delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori che operano negli appalti e che garantiscono, con professionalità e impegno, da anni, i servizi ai cittadini.CGIL, CISL e UIL chiedono con fermezza la riapertura del tavolo e metteranno in campo tutte le azioni necessarie al ripristino di un corretto sistema di relazioni sindacali e alla tutela dei servizi e del relativo personale.
