I DigiPASS della Zona Sociale 1, nella nuova veste di Punti Digitale Facile, hanno registrato dall’inizio del 2024 un boom di utenti, con più di 1200 ingressi e 1600 servizi erogati gratuitamente alla popolazione, concorrendo di fatto all’accessibilità al digitale da parte di tutti i cittadini. Dal 2018 rappresenta uno degli strumenti per rispondere al bisogno di innovazione in funzione dei cittadini e delle imprese. Tali spazi pubblici aperti e gratuiti, distribuiti in tutta la Regione, nascono con l’obiettivo di accompagnare cittadini e imprese nell’utilizzo di servizi digitali oltre che nel cogliere le opportunità che le tecnologie mettono a disposizione delle imprese favorendone l’innovazione. Oggi il digitale per molti rappresenta un’opportunità, mentre per chi non ha le giuste conoscenze, può rappresentare un ostacolo a rischio di emarginazione. Nei DigiPASS i cittadini hanno potuto trovare figure formate a cui rivolgersi per essere affiancati nella fruizione di un nuovo servizio digitale, come per esempio prenotare esami clinici on line, pagare on line il ticket, iscrivere un figlio a scuola, aprire una casella di posta elettronica, pagare una bolletta e molto altro. Nel 2023 gli sportelli DigiPASS dei Comuni di Città di Castello, Umbertide, San Giustino, Citerna e Montone sono entrati nella Rete Nazionale dei Punti di Facilitazione, l’iniziativa promossa dal Dipartimento per la trasformazione digitale della Presidenza del Consiglio per potenziare le competenze e l’inclusione digitale. Il progetto rientra nella Missione 1 del PNRR ed è destinato a supportare le fasce della popolazione più esposte ai rischi del digital divide culturale. L’obiettivo dei presidi “Digitale Facile” è quello di accrescere le competenze digitali per favorire l’uso autonomo, consapevole e responsabile delle nuove tecnologie, promuovere il pieno godimento dei diritti di cittadinanza digitale attiva e incentivare l’uso dei servizi online, semplificando il rapporto tra cittadini e Pubblica Amministrazione. Gli utenti, infatti, grazie al supporto dei Facilitatori digitali, possono fruire gratuitamente di sessioni di “navigazione assistita” per l’accesso alle funzionalità dei siti della Pubblica Amministrazione, per la compilazione di istanze online (bandi e avvisi pubblici) o per l’esecuzione di specifiche specifiche operazioni – quali, ad esempio, utilizzo dell’identità digitale SPID, utilizzo CUP online e consultazione fascicolo sanitario elettronico. Nei mesi scorsi hanno riscosso molto successo anche i corsi gratuiti di alfabetizzazione digitale rivolti ai cittadini: nelle prime edizioni sono stati trattati argomenti come la messaggistica istantanea, le APP, l’elaborazione di testi e l’utilizzo di fogli di calcolo, l’accesso ai siti della PA (INPS, Agenzia delle Entrate, CUP online, ecc), la navigazione web e la sicurezza in rete. “I Facilitatori Digitali sono a disposizione dell’utenza anche in modalità “itinerante”, come ad esempio presso le sedi di associazioni o nelle sedi dei sindacati di zona, dove gli utenti potranno trovare un operatore per avere accesso a informazioni o ricevere un primo supporto informatico”, ha dichiarato l’assessore all’Innovazione digitale, Rodolfo Braccalenti nel ringraziare gli operatori che con grande professionalità e cortesia svolgono un lavoro importante a contatto con i cittadini. Durante il periodo estivo gli Sportelli DigiPASS della Zona Sociale 1 seguiranno i seguenti orari: Sportello DigiPASS Città di Castello (situato a piano terra della Biblioteca Comunale Carducci): da giovedì 1 agosto a sabato 31 agosto la biblioteca Carducci effettuerà orario di apertura solo la mattina, dal martedì al sabato, dalle 9 alle 13. Chiusura l’intera giornata nella settimana dal 12 al 17 agosto. L’orario consueto riprenderà da lunedì 2 settembre. Sportello DigiPASS Umbertide (situato presso la palazzina FA.MO): Chiuso da lunedì 29 luglio a lunedì 26 agosto. Sportello DigiPASS Citerna (situato presso l’info-point del Palazzo del Municipio): consueta apertura ogni mercoledì mattina dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 12:00. Sportello DigiPASS San Giustino (situato a piano terra del Palazzo del Municipio): consueta apertura ogni venerdì mattina, dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 12:00.
