CITTA DI CASTELLO – visite guidate a misura di famiglia e laboratori creativi nelle rinnovate sale moderne di palazzo Vitelli alla Cannoniera Al via domenica 4 e 25 agosto in Pinacoteca gli “Atelier contemporanei”.
Nel rinnovato allestimento della Sala “Bartoccini” e della Sala “Nuvolo” di Palazzo Vitelli alla Cannoniera “PoliedroCultura”, in collaborazione con l’amministrazione comunale, propone delle visite guidate a misura di famiglia e a seguire degli atelier creativi.
Il loggiato inferiore del museo e la Event Room che attualmente ospita la mostra temporanea “Il Collezionismo Tifernate”, saranno i protagonisti della nostre visite previste Domenica 4 e 25 Agosto. Dopo Contemporary, la serie di visite guidate rivolte agli adulti, Agosto è completamente dedicato alle famiglie e ai bambini che grazie ad “ATELIER CONTEMPORANEI” potranno scoprire e ammirare le opere contemporanee conservate nel museo e creare la loro opera d’arte con argilla e colori. “Se è il maestro Alberto Burri a renderci una città a vocazione contemporanea, ora i contemporanei devono fare la loro parte e sviluppare questo tema attraverso progetti, eventi, reti, che facciamo vivere la temperie artistica del XXI secolo” – dichiara l’Amministrazione comunale di Città di Castello ed in particolare l’assessorato alla Cultura. Infatti è proprio questo l’intento di Poliedro che propone visite e laboratori a misura di famiglia e di contemporaneo. Se il 2023 è stato l’anno del Rinascimento con il Cinquecentenario di Luca Signorelli, per Città di Castello il 2024 sarà l’anno della Contemporaneità: nell’Ala nuova della Pinacoteca comunale è stata inaugurata la Nuova Sala Nuvolo (Giorgio Ascani), la nuova Sala Bruno Bartoccini e la Event Room, quest’ultima una vera e propria Sala degli Eventi posta nel cuore del percorso museale, destinata ad ospitare mostre, approfondimenti e installazioni dedicate all’arte contemporanea, accompagnando di fatto il pubblico verso il Centenario della nascita di Nuvolo nel 2026. Virtual tour. Un aspetto qualificante del progetto è la documentazione digitale delle iniziative, alimentando un archivio del Contemporaneo accessibile online: siamo particolarmente contenti che tali materiali saranno prodotti dagli studenti, grazie alla collaborazione con il polo tecnico Franchetti-Salviani, che attraverso i docenti Marta Davanzati e Fabio Pincardini, realizzeranno dei virtual tour, a fini promozionali, prolungando la possibilità di vedere le mostre della Event Room anche dopo la loro naturale conclusione direttamente dal sito della Pinacoteca. Sala Nuvolo. Dal 2015 la sezione Arte Contemporanea della Pinacoteca Comunale ospita “Sala Nuvolo”, il primo allestimento prevedeva solo otto opere degli anni Cinquanta e Sessanta. Nel 2018 l’Archivio Nuvolo propone l’esposizione di tutte e quindici le opere donate dalla famiglia Ascani più una inedita di proprietà del Comune, acquistata a fine anni Cinquanta quando, incoraggiato dall’importanza che Città di Castello stava assumendo nel panorama artistico del Dopoguerra, pensava già a una Galleria d’Arte Moderna comunale. Seppur mantenendo gli stessi spazi, questa prima riorganizzazione permetteva al visitatore di avere una prospettiva completa del lavoro del Maestro Nuvolo e dell’evoluzione che, la sua ricerca e la sua tecnica serigrafica, ha avuto da inizio anni Cinquanta con le prime Serotipie, a metà di quelli Novanta con Aftermandelbrot e Genesi. Sala Bartoccini ed Event room. L’operazione di riallestimento si sviluppa su diverse sale: la sala Nuvolo, intitolata al tifernate Giorgio Ascani (1926-2008), sodale di Alberto Burri nei ruggenti anni romani e originale inventore della pittura serigrafica, accoglie una selezione di opere donate al comune dall’Archivio Nuvolo, responsabile del nuovo allestimento, che rende conto dell’intera produzione dell’artista a partire dalle serotipie degli anni Cinquanta fino agli ultimi esiti della sua ricerca. Nuovo allestimento, curato da Lorenzo Fiorucci, anche per la sala dedicata al pistrinese Bruno Bartoccini (1910-2001), scultore tra tradizione e modernità: le vibranti sculture rappresentanti figure femminili e maschili e piccoli animali da cortile, donate al comune dallo stesso artista, sono ora collocate nella loggia vetrata al pianoterra della Pinacoteca, in un suggestivo dialogo tra interno e esterno. Nella sala degli eventi prende avvio la prima mostra temporanea dal titolo “Collezionismo tifernate. Pistoletto, Dottori e gli altri del Lascito Pillitu”, a cura di Eleonora Reali, che espone una selezione di ceramiche, dipinti e serigrafie provenienti dallo Studio Meroni Pillitu, donato al comune nel 2013, offrendo un interessante spaccato dell’arte del Novecento e del peculiare gusto collezionistico di Paola Pillitu, istitutrice del lascito. Il progetto di riallestimento della sezione contemporanea della Pinacoteca, patrocinato dal Comune di Città di Castello, ha coinvolto anche le scuole del territorio, in particolare l’Istituto Tecnico Franchetti Salviani, indirizzo Costruzioni, Ambiente e Territorio TecnoCAT geometri, che ha provveduto a fare rilievi, restituzioni grafiche e digitalizzazioni delle stanze interessate al fine di conservare la memoria storica dei precedenti allestimenti e testimoniare l’avvio di questa nuova fase. Il costo è compreso nel biglietto d’ingresso al museo.
