Prorogata la mostra “Collezionismo Tifernate” presso la Pinacoteca Comunale di Città di Castello fino al 29 Settembre: Pistoletto, Dottori e le altre opere del lascito Pillitu” esposte ancora per qualche giorno presso la Event Room della Pinacoteca.
La Pinacoteca Comunale di Città di Castello lo scorso Maggio si è si arricchita di nuovi spazi espositivi dedicati al contemporaneo grazie ad un riallestimento fortemente voluto dall’Amministrazione Comunale, dall’assessore alla Cultura, Michela Botteghi, coadiuvato dal critico d’arte Lorenzo Fiorucci. Il 31 Maggio infatti è stata inaugurata la nuova Sala Nuvolo, la Sala Bartoccini e la Event Room, spazio polifunzionale dedicato alle mostre temporanee e alle installazioni di artisti contemporanei. Nella Event Room è stata esposta per la prima volta la mostra temporanea dal titolo “Collezionismo tifernate. Pistoletto, Dottori e gli altri del Lascito Pillitu”, a cura di Eleonora Reali, che presenta un’attenta selezione di ceramiche, dipinti e serigrafie provenienti dallo Studio Meroni Pillitu offrendo un interessante spaccato dell’arte del Novecento e del peculiare gusto collezionistico di Paola Pillitu, istitutrice del lascito. Visto il grande successo estivo e il grande interesse da parte di tifernati e studenti la mostra è stata prorogata fino a Domenica 29 Settembre. Inoltre, domani, Domenica 15 Settembre alle ore 16:00 è confermato l’ultimo incontro di Contemporary, percorso guidato che permetterà ai partecipanti di scoprire le opere della parte moderna della Pinacoteca. Il costo è compreso nel biglietto d’ingresso al museo. E’ necessaria la prenotazione. “La Pinacoteca di Città di Castello sta diventando dunque sempre più un compendio di identità culturale e storica accessibile a tutti e questi ulteriori allestimenti che hanno riscosso grande successo lo stanno a dimostrare”, ha dichiarato l’assessore alla Cultura, Michela Botteghi.
