Si tratta del decimo elaborato redatto dal Comune di Città di Castello in conformità al decreto legislativo 118/2011, recante le disposizioni in materia di armonizzazione dei sistemi contabili per le pubbliche amministrazioni. Il bilancio consolidato ricomprende l’attività di alcune delle società partecipate dal Comune: Farmacie Tifernati Srl (partecipata al 100 per cento); Polisport Srl (partecipata al 100 per cento); Sogepu Spa (partecipata al 91,06 per cento); Puntozero Scarl (partecipata al 2,08 per cento); AURI Autorità Umbra Rifiuti e ldrico (partecipata ai soli fini del consolidamento al 4,48 per cento). Nessuna delle tre società controllate dall’ente è risultata in perdita: Sogepu ha chiuso il bilancio in positivo per 148.222 euro, le Farmacie per 311.232 euro e Polisport per 6.121 euro. La società Farmacie Tifernati nel 2023 ha distribuito al Comune di Città di Castello dividendi per 100.605 euro. Per quanto riguarda le altre due partecipate, Puntozero ha chiuso con un utile di 23.062 euro e AURI con un utile di 24.120.541,63 euro, dato quest’ultimo condizionato dalla forte presenza di contributi assegnati nell’anno 2023, principalmente per fondi PNRR legati a investimenti sulla rete idrica, poi materialmente eseguiti da Umbra Acque per 25.000.000 di euro.
