Acclarata ormai la cospicua presenza del rifiuto altamente tossico e nocivo nominato “keu” nell’ex stabilimento “Lerose” in Loc. Le Valli – a Levane di Bucine – c’è una fortissima preoccupazione diffusa soprattutto tra i cittadini residenti nella zona e limitrofe, sia del Comune di Montevarchi che di Bucine, per i tempi di messa in sicurezza e bonifica del sito in questione. Il preoccupante silenzio inerente lo stato dell’arte della procedura di risanamento – profondo e urgente – di un’area molto estesa, anche residenziale, non tranquillizza affatto la popolazione, dato che si tratta di un tipo inquinamento molto pericoloso per la salute delle persone, nonché per l’ambiente e per il territorio circostanti… Faccio un accorato appello a tutte le autorità competenti (ARPAT, AUSL Sudest, Commissario per la bonifica, Regione Toscana, ecc.) affinché accelerino la bonifica del sito, così da mettere in sicurezza tutte le matrici ambientali compromesse dai rifiuti tossico-nocivi.
