Milano ,Sabato 9 novembre la Commissione Centrale Medica del Cai celebra i 40 anni della propria istituzione con un convegno che approfondirà il legame tra salute, montagna e natura QUARANT’ANNI DI STORIA E FUTURO IN UN CONVEGNO A PADOVA.

Sabato 9 novembre, nella storica Sala della Carità di Padova, il Club Alpino Italiano celebra i 40 anni della sua Commissione Centrale Medica con un convegno aperto a soci e appassionati. L’evento, dal titolo “40 anni di CCM – Stato dell’arte e prospettive future”, sarà un’occasione per riflettere sui progressi e sui progetti futuri della medicina in alta quota, dalla prevenzione alla promozione della salute.

Quattro decenni di impegno e innovazione La Commissione Centrale Medica del Cai, oggi presieduta da Carla D’Angelo, intende rappresentare un punto di riferimento nella divulgazione di informazioni mediche rivolte a chi vive e ama la montagna, con suggerimenti specifici anche per bambini e anziani. Con progetti di ricerca, corsi e collaborazioni con altre associazioni scientifiche, la CCM ha contribuito a costruire una cultura della salute in alta quota.

I temi del convegno Durante il convegno, i membri della CCM e delle Commissioni Mediche periferiche affronteranno argomenti cruciali per la salute in montagna: dai disturbi neurologici alla terapia del dolore, dalla sindrome da sospensione inerte (nota anche come sindrome da imbragatura) agli effetti sull’apparato digerente dell’esposizione alla quota, fino ad arrivare alla salute degli Accompagnatori del Cai. Nella seconda parte, il dibattito si concentrerà sul ruolo delle Commissioni Mediche regionali e interregionali, per garantire un’informazione sempre più capillare sul territorio e rispondere alle esigenze di chi frequenta la montagna. Saranno poi presentati i risultati dell’indagine del Gruppo Giovani del Cai sugli stili di vita e diversi progetti innovativi, come l’iniziativa “Rifugi sani e sicuri”, le escursioni pensate per le persone con diabete e l’esperienza trentina del Punto Salute Sat.

Un incontro speciale con Massimo Palazzi A concludere la giornata, un incontro con l’autore Massimo Palazzi, che presenterà il libro L’Uomo del K2. Il versante umano della “conquista” nei documenti inediti di Ugo Angelino, dedicato a uno dei protagonisti della spedizione italiana che nel 1954 raggiunse per la prima volta la vetta della seconda montagna più alta della Terra. Palazzi esplorerà gli aspetti sanitari e umani della salita, grazie alle comunicazioni e alle istruzioni di Angelino contenute in manoscritti pubblicati per la prima volta nel libro.Ufficio stampa Club Alpino Italiano
