Un piano che vede l’attività sinergica di vigili del fuoco e operatori sanitari del 118 Sono quattro le persone rimaste ferite in modo non grave nell’esplosione che stamani ha interessato una delle aziende operanti nella zona di San Zeno, alle porte di Arezzo. Immediata l’attivazione dei soccorsi che ha visto convergere sul luogo dell’incidente i sanitari dell’Emergenza Urgenza della Asl Tse e i Vigili del fuoco.
L’azienda in questione, infatti, ha un piano di emergenza esterna che è stato attivato dalla stessa e che prevede l’attivazione del Piano Maxi emergenze della centrale 118 della Asl Toscana Sud Est, coordinato dal disaster manager Luca Pancioni che era presente sul luogo dell’incidente con un mezzo per la gestione degli eventi maggiori. In tutto sono 6 i sanitari intervenuti sul posto, 3 le ambulanze ed era stato inoltre attivato il Pegaso 1, poi annullato dopo la valutazione del numero dei feriti e delle loro condizioni fortunatamente non gravi. Il Piano delle Maxi emergenze prevede l’arrivo sul posto di personale e mezzi del 118 e dei vigili del fuoco. Il primo intervento, come prevede il Piano, spetta ai vigili del fuoco che successivamente, una volta verificata la sicurezza del contesto, permettono al personale del 118, in attesa a poca distanza, di iniziare il proprio intervento. Il piano prevede, infatti, che il personale 118 venga collocato in una “zona di ammassamento” pronto ad intervenire dopo il via libera dei vigili del fuoco. «Quando arriva una chiamata che segnala incidenti come quello avvenuto a San Zeno e si sospetta che possano essersi liberate sostanze tossiche – spiega Luca Pancioni, Disaster manager Asl Toscana Sud Est – le centrali operative di 118 e Vigili del Fuoco attivano quanto previsto dal Piano delle Maxi Emergenze. I vigili del fuoco sono i primi ad entrare nel luogo dell’incidente mentre i nostri operatori sanitari sono ammassati in un luogo prossimo, pronti ad entrare in azione sulla base delle indicazioni fornite dai vigili del fuoco. Questo è un piano che ci permette di operare prestando i primi soccorsi alle persone ferite senza mettere a repentaglio la vita dei soccorritori. E’ un piano ben studiato e collaudato che ci ha permesso di operare anche in altri contesti esterni al territorio della Asl Toscana Sud Est».
