Le associazioni non profit della Città metropolitana di Firenze e delle province di Arezzo e Grosseto possono partecipare al bando entro il 30 dicembre 2024
La Fondazione CR Firenze mette a disposizione 250 mila euro per facilitare il ricambio delle autoambulanze di primo soccorso destinando una parte di risorse a fondo perduto e un’altra a garanzia dei mutui per l’acquisto dei mezzi in collaborazione con Intesa Sanpaolo e Consorzio Cooprfidi. Un aiuto importante a favore delle associazioni di volontariato che si occupano di trasporto sanitario che dal primo gennaio 2025 dovranno rispettare la limitazione imposta dalla legge regionale (dall’Art. 3 del Regolamento Regionale, 1 dicembre 2021, n.46R) che prevede lo stop per i mezzi a 10 anni dalla data di prima immatricolazione e comunque al raggiungimento della percorrenza di 250.000 km. “La Fondazione CR Firenze – afferma Bernabò Bocca, Presidente di Fondazione CR Firenze – è al fianco delle associazioni che operano sul territorio riconoscendone l’assoluto valore sociale. Con questa iniziativa rispondiamo a un’esigenza concreta dettata dalla nuova normativa con l’obiettivo più generale di migliorare l’efficienza dei servizi di trasporto di emergenza. Ringraziamo Intesa Sanpaolo e Consorzio Cooperfidi per aver condiviso con noi una risposta di supporto locale che sperimenta un approccio sinergico innovativo”. Il bando si apre oggi e le domande potranno essere presentate fino al 30 dicembre. Si rivolge alle associazioni di volontariato e non profit dei territori della Città metropolitana di Firenze e delle province di Arezzo e Grosseto. È previsto un contributo a fondo perduto da parte di Fondazione CR Firenze, pari al 10% del costo dell’automezzo, con un limite massimo di € 15.000 per automezzo. Il residuo del 90% dovrà essere sostenuto, per un minimo del 10% da risorse interne dell’ente beneficiario e per l’80% con finanziamento di Intesa Sanpaolo e garanzia del Consorzio Cooperfidi, possibilità, quest’ultima, di solito non prevista per le ambulanze di primo soccorso considerata la natura del bene. La percentuale di copertura della garanzia è del 50% dell’importo finanziario che sarà coperto sempre grazie alle risorse di Fondazione CR Firenze che ha attivato un fondo di copertura presso Intesa Sanpaolo. I progetti che saranno ammessi al bando riguarderanno l’acquisto di ambulanze tipo A, cioè mezzi di soccorso destinato al trasporto pazienti malati o infermi che sono impossibilitati a raggiungere l’ospedale – per ricevere cure mediche e assistenza – in maniera autonoma. Le ambulanze di soccorso sono dotate di attrezzature e strumentazioni necessarie per garantire il primo soccorso in caso di incidenti o malattie.
