Appuntamento nel centro storico di Anghiari dal 6 all’8 dicembre È stata presentata stamattina, nella conferenza stampa che si è svolta nell’Auditorium Mascagni di Anghiari, la seconda edizione di “VINICOLI degustazioni nel cuore di Anghiari”, in programma da venerdì 6 a domenica 8 dicembre.
L’evento permetterà ai partecipanti di gustare vini pregiati ed eccellenze gastronomiche tipiche del nostro territorio (e del panorama nazionale), passeggiando nel cuore di uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia e d’Europa, attraverso un itinerario in cui i consumatori avranno la possibilità di incontrare i professionisti del settore per vivere al meglio l’esperienza. Una sinfonia di sapori e tradizioni, con tante iniziative all’insegna della qualità, in un percorso fatto di scorci e di degustazioni. L’iniziativa enogastronomica VINICOLI è inserita nel progetto regionale “Vetrina Toscana”, promosso dalla Regione Toscana, coordinato da Toscana Promozione, realizzato a livello provinciale da Confesercenti e Confcommercio con il contributo di Unioncamere Toscana e Camera di commercio di Arezzo e Siena, finalizzato alla promozione di una rete aperta di produttori, botteghe e ristoratori toscani, che si riconoscono in un comune manifesto dei valori, offrendo prodotti, ricette tipici del nostro territorio. Un’esperienza unica da vivere attraverso gli itinerari previsti e caratterizzata da un’atmosfera molto suggestiva, una vetrina internazionale sui vini e sul cibo di qualità. Il format prevede come nel 2023 Masterclass e aree tematiche per tutti i gusti, il programma è ancora più ricco, grazie a nuovi eventi, come ad esempio una rappresentazione teatrale dedicata al vino. Ad aprire il calendario sarà la cena inaugurale, “incontro a tavola tra vino e chianina” che si terrà il 5 dicembre al Ristorante La Nena alle ore 20:00. Posti limitati, prenotazione obbligatoria.Format invariato per il percorso degustativo che prevede come nel 2023 l’acquisto del Carnet dei Vini, con costo che varia in base al numero di assaggi. Saranno quattro gli step: “Calici di vita – bollicine e antipasti” a Giardini del Vicario, “I grandi assaggi – rosati, bianchi e primi piatti” alla Cantina del Granduca e al Feudo del Vicario, “Le icone del vino – rossi, crostoni e secondi piatti” da Il Pizzicagnolo e dal Bistrot Talozzi, “Dolce palato – distillati, delizie e DJ set” al Bar Teatro. Ad ogni step sarà abbinato un piatto tipico toscano. I dettagli e il modulo di prenotazione su www.vinicoli.it. Dal 6 all’8 dicembre saranno allestiti ad Anghiari tre Infopoint in cui completare la procedura e ritirare il materiale. In conferenza stampa sono intervenuti il sindaco di Anghiari e presidente della Provincia di Arezzo Alessandro Polcri, l’assessore al turismo e al commercio di Anghiari Ilaria Lorenzini, il direttore artistico Timoteo Boncompagni, i rappresentanti degli sponsor e delle associazioni di categoria che, anche grazie al prezioso sostegno di Vetrina Toscana e della Camera di Commercio di Arezzo – Siena, collaborano alla realizzazione dell’evento. “Numeri molto promettenti, da sold out, che confermano il successo di Vinicoli. C’è quindi molta attesa – ha dichiarato Alessandro Polcri, sindaco di Anghiari e presidente della Provincia di Arezzo – per una manifestazione che esalta uno dei comparti più importanti della nostra economia: la Toscana è da sempre la regione dove si produce l’eccellenza del vino. Un ringraziamento va agli organizzatori e a tutti coloro che si stanno impegnando per l’ottima riuscita di questa seconda edizione”. Concetto ribadito dal direttore artistico Timoteo Boncompagni. “La seconda edizione di Vinicoli ci porta a una sfida importante, mantenere fede alle alte aspettative che si sono create, essendo stata la prima edizione un vero e proprio successo oltre le più rosee aspettative e rappresentando già, un appuntamento, riferimento di qualità, sia per amanti, appassionati che professionisti del settore enogastronomico. Quest’anno, oltre a Masterclass incrociate tra vino, salumi e formaggi, ci sarà anche la novità di un calice a teatro. Noi siamo pronti alla sfida”. Il presidente della Camera di Commercio di Arezzo-Siena Massimo Guasconi ha sottolineato che “Anghiari riesce a coniugare il fatto di essere un’importante meta turistica ad una forte presenza di attività imprenditoriali dinamiche e particolarmente innovative: un’attenzione quindi alla tradizione ma con uno sguardo rivolto al futuro. E questo è anche il filo conduttore del progetto Vetrina Toscana che si pone l’obiettivo di promuovere la cultura della qualità e della tradizione nella enogastronomia. E Vinicoli, come ha dimostrato con il successo della sua prima edizione, è in grado di soddisfare pienamente questo proposito”. Vinicoli è organizzato dal Comune di Anghiari in collaborazione con Ente Mostra, Proloco e CCN Vie di Anghiari, con il sostegno di Camera di Commercio di Arezzo-Siena e Banca di Anghiari e Stia, in collaborazione con Confesercenti, Confcommercio, CNA, Confartigianato e di prestigiose associazioni del settore eno-gastronomico e rientra nel progetto regionale “Vetrina Toscana”.
