SANSEPOLCRO – PRESEGUE IL COMPLETAMENTO DELL’ AREA COMMERCIALE E PRODUTTIVA DI SANSEPOLCRO: INAUGURA EUROSPIN. Il 12 dicembre apre il nuovo punto vendita Eurospin di Sansepolcro. Prosegue quindi la grande opera di riqualificazione dell’area “Ex Cose di Lana” di Via Senese Aretina promossa e realizzata dalla società 4Progress S.r.l.

Con l’inaugurazione del secondo edificio con destinazione d’uso commerciale, continua l’opera di riqualificazione dell’area “Ex Cose di Lana”: un progetto che costituisce un processo generalizzato di trasformazione ed ammodernamento della zona industriale di Sansepolcro, che ha previsto un significativo intervento edilizio di rigenerazione di un ambito urbano in stato di degrado e la creazione di un nuovo comparto con destinazione commerciale, direzionale e produttivo. L’intervento ha riguardato la demolizione completa dei fabbricati presenti sull’intero ambito definito dal PUC per l’area “Ex Cose di Lana” composto da unità immobiliari adibite a depositi, magazzini, laboratori e locali produttivi per un totale di ca. 9.000 mq. su un’area di intervento complessiva di oltre 40.000 mq. e che ha comportato anche la relativa bonifica e smaltimento dell’amianto. È inoltre in fase di completamento anche un edificio con destinazione d’uso commerciale e direzionale, disposto su 2 piani, con nuove aperture previste nel primo semestre 2025. Il progetto ha visto, inoltre, la riqualificazione completa degli spazi esterni e la creazione di nuove aree di sosta alberate con ca. 200 posti auto e 50 posti bici. Dal punto di vista del miglioramento della rete viabilistica si è proceduto, invece, alla riqualificazione della strada SS73 Via Senese Aretina e di via Maestri del Lavoro attraverso la realizzazione di una intersezione a rotatoria sulla SS73, alla creazione di due viabilità di collegamento tra la Via Senese Aretina e la Via Maestri del lavoro e alla finalizzazione di un nuovo e completo percorso ciclo-pedonale.
