P.N.R.R. – Rigenerazione Urbana del Centro Storico

SANSEPOLCRO – Lavori in Piazza Torre di Berta: aggiornamenti e modifiche alla viabilità. Il Comune di Sansepolcro informa che l’inizio dei lavori di riqualificazione di Piazza Torre di Berta, previsti nell’ambito del progetto “P.N.R.R. – Rigenerazione urbana del Centro Storico”, prenderanno il via martedì 7 gennaio 2024. L’intervento prevede il rifacimento della pavimentazione in pietra della piazza, con conclusione prevista, salvo imprevisti, entro il 31 marzo 2024

Fasi di lavorazione e percorsi pedonali

•          La prima fase dei lavori interesserà la fascia più a sud della piazza, partendo dai civici 5-13.

•          Si procederà progressivamente con il resto dell’area.

Durante le lavorazioni, sarà garantito il transito pedonale e l’accesso ad abitazioni e attività commerciali mediante percorsi protetti, realizzati per evitare interferenze con il cantiere e garantire la sicurezza.

Modifiche alla viabilità

A partire dall’avvio dei lavori, per consentire le operazioni in sicurezza, sarà necessaria la chiusura al traffico dei varchi di accesso e uscita delle seguenti vie:

•          Via San Giuseppe

•          Via della Fraternita

•          Via dei Servi

•          Via Sant’Antonio

Tempistiche e contatti

Si precisa che le date indicate potrebbero subire variazioni di circa una settimana in caso di imprevisti o condizioni meteorologiche avverse. Per ridurre al minimo i disagi e garantire il regolare svolgimento dei lavori, eventuali necessità o richieste saranno valutate dal personale tecnico.

Dichiarazione dell’Assessore ai Lavori Pubblici, Riccardo Marzi:

“Con l’avvio dei lavori in Piazza Torre di Berta entriamo nel vivo di un progetto fondamentale per la riqualificazione del nostro centro storico, reso possibile grazie ai fondi del PNRR. Sappiamo che un intervento di questa portata può creare disagi, ma stiamo facendo il massimo per garantire il transito pedonale e ridurre al minimo le difficoltà per i residenti e gli esercenti. Ringrazio tutti per la collaborazione e la pazienza. Al termine dei lavori, restituiremo alla città una piazza rinnovata e ancora più accogliente, simbolo della nostra storia e della nostra identità.”
