Badia Tedalda – Resoconto del Consiglio Comunale del 27.12. 2024

Il Consiglio si è aperto con una piccola cerimonia di ringraziamento al dott. Brilli Enrico, medico di Badia e di Sestino.Il sindaco e tutti gli intervenuti hanno ringraziato il dott.Brilli per la professionalità e la disponibilità dimostrata in oltre 40 anni al servizio nelle due Comunità.L’Amministrazione gli ha donato una targa ricordo e uno stemma di Badia, il dott. Brilli ha ringraziato per l’affetto ricevuto, la Sala Consiliare era infatti piena.

Hanno chiesto al dott. Brilli di continuare, in altri modi, a mettere la sua disponibilità ancora al servizio della nostra comunità. Dopo l’approvazione dei verbali del precedente Consiglio, il sindaco ha preso la parola per le Comunicazioni. Ha ringraziato il Presidente della Regione Giani per i 30 mila euro che ha dato al nostro Comune per un intervento da fare sulla strada di Montelabreve, danneggiata dalle piogge di ottobre.Come minoranza, abbiamo anche noi ringraziato il Presidente Giani per la disponibilità verso il nostro Comune e nell’occasione, abbiamo ricordato al Sindaco che è urgente, non più rinviabile, procedere alla acquisizione dei terreni interessati dalla strada, perché non si possono continuare a fare interventi onerosi su proprietà che non sono nostre. Ha proseguito mettendoci a conoscenza di un intervento antisismico nella chiesa madre finanziato con i fondi del Pnrr. Abbiamo, come gruppo, apprezzato questo intervento ricordandogli che da troppi anni ci parla di ciò, così come ha messo a conoscenza dell’ampliamento dell’RSA, con i soldi dati dalla Snam come compensazione per l’uso del nostro territorio. Anche questo intervento, così come quello sulla chiesa, erano già stati messi nel programma di ben 10 anni fa dal nostro Sindaco. Dobbiamo sperare che questa sia la volta buona.Ha annunciato l’ingresso del nostro Comune in Arezzo casa con quote pari a 12.500 euro.L’ingresso in Arezzo casa lo facciamo con 20 anni di ritardo, a suo tempo, sempre il sindaco Santucci Alberto non entrò, probabilmente per non spendere nell’acquisto di quote. Il risultato è stato che gli inquilini hanno pagato l’affitto ad Arezzo casa ma la stessa non poteva fare interventi sulla struttura perché, non aderendo, le case sono passate come gestione al Comune. Gli abbiamo ricordato che questo intervento con vent’anni di ritardo viene FATTO DOPO CHE NOI ABBIAMO PRESENTATO NEL MESE DI NOVEMBRE UNA URGENTE INTERROGAZIONE su questo problema. Se non si fosse presentata l’interrogazione niente avrebbero fatto, come niente hanno fatto in questi 20 anni.Il consigliere Olivieri gli ha fatto presente che pur mettendo a disposizione i soldi è necessario che anche gli altri Comuni soci di Arezzo casa deliberino per permettere il nostro ingresso. Comunque il problema della criticità di queste case non si risolve,nell’immediato con la nostra adesione. Torneremo sull’argomento nel prossimo Consiglio perché la discussione della nostra interrogazione, così come tutte le altre, così come gli odg e le mozioni presentate sono state rinviate, insieme alla discussione sul bilancio al prossimo 8.1.2025.Sempre nelle future opere da fare c’è il ponte di Santa Sofia.Su questo ponte c’è una interrogazione del nostro Consigliere Spela. In questa interrogazione, rinviata all 8.1, si fa presente il rischio di attraversamento per mezzi superiori ai 300 quintali per la poca sicurezza di questo ponte, c’è infatti un cartello che segnala il divieto per mezzi superiori alle 30 tonnellate.Gli abbiamo fatto presente che nel cartello manca la data e il numero della delibera che ha permesso di mettere il medesimo. Il consigliere Spela gli ha fatto presente che nessuno controlla.Il sindaco è intervenuto dicendo che chiederà,in mancanza di nostri vigili urbani, ai carabinieri di far rispettare tale divieto.Infine ci ha messo a conoscenza di un convegno sulla ” pratica Montessori ” con la presenza del Presidente Giani,e di un incontro da fare, una volta concordata la data, a Firenze con l Assessore Regionale alla Sanità, incontro che ho organizzato io e al quale parteciperanno oltre al sottoscritto il sindaco e il vice sindaco di Badia e il sindaco di Sestino.Il punto successivo era l approvazione del bilancio 2025.Gli abbiamo fatto notare che la documentazione, oltre 20 pagine, era stata messa a disposizione solo 7 ore prima del consiglio e di conseguenza non era stato possibile visionarla, inoltre era quasi mezzanotte e non era possibile discutere il bilancio, l’atto più importante per un Comune. Tra l altro il governo ha concesso una proroga fino al 28 febbraio. All’unanimità è stato deciso di rinviarlo all 8 gennaio.
