SANSEPOLCRO – La stagione culturale della Fondazione Piero della Francesca si apre per il 2025 con la “Lectio” di Massimo Cacciari, che presenterà il suo ultimo saggio “La Passione secondo Maria” edito da Il Mulino nel 2024. L’iniziativa, realizzata in collaborazione con il Comune di Sansepolcro e con il contributo della Regione Toscana, è prevista per il 15 febbraio 2025, alle ore 17, nella Casa di Piero della Francesca.
Il filosofo ha effettuato una straordinaria lettura della Madonna del Parto, una delle icone più suggestive della pittura del Quattrocento italiano, svelandone la potenza e il significato. L’immagine di Maria che appare al centro del tabernacolo aperto dai due angeli è figura reale e allo stesso tempo immutabile, creatura naturale e divina nella quale si conciliano armoniosamente le due dimensioni. La prospettiva con la quale la composizione è generata assume il valore simbolico “del procedere dal visibile all’invisibile”. “L’autore” come sottolinea la presidente della Fondazione, Francesca Chieli “ha saputo cogliere uno degli aspetti fondamentali dell’arte di Piero della Francesca, cioè la capacità di rivelare l’eterno nella perfezione della forma. Nel caso specifico della Madonna del Parto, secondo Cacciari, Maria se pure rappresentata come realtà concreta e tangibile, appare anche come cosmo generante un nuovo Ordine del mondo”. Molti gli argomenti e i temi che la lettura di Massimo Cacciari propone in questo libro, con una dettagliata analisi estetica, laica e insieme filosofica e teologica della figura mariana. Un ritorno a parlare di Piero a distanza di alcuni anni, dal momento che all’autorevole firma dell’autore si deve anche lo scritto dedicato alla Resurrezione di Cristo conservata al Museo Civico e contenuto nel libro “Le tre icone” (Adelphi, 2007).
