Le imprese turistiche della Valtiberina avranno l’opportunità di approfondire le nuove disposizioni del Testo Unico del Turismo della Toscana, grazie al tour informativo promosso da Confcommercio Toscana. Il ciclo di incontri, pensato per supportare gli operatori del settore nell’adeguamento alle nuove normative, farà tappa martedì 25 febbraio alle ore 15 nella sede di Confcommercio a Sansepolcro, in via Malatesta 56.L’appuntamento sarà guidato da Laura Lodone, responsabile area turismo di Confcommercio Toscana, e introdotto da Massimiliano Micelli, responsabile della delegazione Confcommercio Valtiberina. L’incontro si rivolge in particolare a titolari di strutture ricettive e altri operatori turistici, ma anche agli amministratori locali e ai professionisti interessati a comprendere i cambiamenti introdotti dal nuovo impianto normativo.“Spiegheremo in modo chiaro e dettagliato i punti chiave della riforma, che interessano in modo particolare l’ambito della ricettività e delle locazioni turistiche”, anticipa Laura Lodone. “La Valtiberina è una terra dal grande potenziale turistico, ma ogni anno registriamo una perdita di visitatori che impone una riflessione su come rendere il territorio più attrattivo – spiega Massimiliano Micelli – con questo incontro vogliamo fornire agli operatori strumenti concreti per mettersi in regola, affrontare le sfide del mercato e valorizzare al meglio le risorse della nostra area. È positivo che alcune novità di ambito nazionale, come l’introduzione del Codice identificativo CIN per le strutture ricettive di qualsiasi tipo, hanno cercato di far emergere situazioni in ombra rimettendo l’accento sulla concorrenza leale. Per fortuna sta passando il messaggio che essere in regola è una necessità per tutti, non un obbligo per pochi onesti”.
