Questa si chiama società civile, ché altrimenti non ci si può lamentare se ognuno, per quello che lui stesso reputa un lieve atto di inciviltà (financo reato), anche se motivato da una sorta di necessità impellente (nel nostro caso, la signora “voleva mangiare del pesce”, ma se era una bottiglia di whiskie per un alcolizzato?.) possa decidere di violare la legge, fidando sul “buon cuore” di un tutore dell’ordine pubblico. Facciamo attenzione a fatti del genere. Non sono secondari. Perché portano, per chi è religioso per esempio, a credere che se il proprio Dio chiude un occhio (tipico del cattolicesimo, per esempio), altrettanto debba essere fatto dalle leggi della propria comunità.
