– Considerato il numero di persone che quotidianamente è presente presso il Centro Servizi ;
– Tenuto conto che il Centro Servizi è considerato dai Cittadini un luogo pubblico.
– Verificato che la proprietà dell’immobile e della società SOGEPU SPA la principale partecipata del Comune di Città di Castello
– I N T E R P E L L A
Il Sindaco e la Giunta per conoscere :
– Quali sono i soggetti pubblici e privati che hanno in affitto spazi nell’immobile in questione ;
– Nelle more dei contratti in essere a chi dovrebbe competere la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria ;
– di sollecitare i soggetti o il soggetto deputati alla manutenzione della copertura del Centro Servizi onde evitare che in caso di pioggia lo stesso non sia inagibile o parzialmente inagibile alle persone e alle attività.
