Interrogazione del capogruppo della Lega Mancini sull’illuminazione del parcheggio pubblico di via Martin Luther King Con una interrogazione il capogruppo della Lega Valerio Mancini chiede al sindaco Luca Secondi cosa intenda fare l’Amministrazione comunale “al fine di adottare procedure tempestive per l’illuminazione del parcheggio pubblico di via Martin Luther King, anche a fronte delle sollecitazioni da parte dei cittadini”.
Nel richiamare l’attenzione sul fatto che “l’illuminazione pubblica rappresenti uno strumento di sicurezza per l’abitato urbano, sempre più vessato da atti vandalici e furti in abitazioni private, con danno anche del patrimonio pubblico”, il rappresentante della minoranza consiliare sottolinea come “i cittadini di via Martin Luther King abbiano più volte segnalato la mancanza di adeguata illuminazione nel parcheggio pubblico adiacente a tale strada, in considerazione anche del fatto che tre lampioni hanno il corpo illuminante non attivo”. “A quanto mi risulta – puntualizza l’esponente della Lega – l’Amministrazione è stata sollecitata più volte su questo disservizio, simile ad altri casi del capoluogo”. Mancini domanda, pertanto, se sia stata individuata “una figura tecnica di riferimento specifico per queste problematiche” e se siano state predisposte nel bando di affidamento del servizio della pubblica illuminazione “clausole e penali risarcitorie in caso di disservizi”
