“Genesis Legacy” non è un semplice tributo, ma un vero e proprio viaggio onirico attraverso gli anni formativi dei Genesis, quel periodo compreso tra la prima metà degli anni ’70 in cui, al fianco di giganti come King Crimson, Yes ed Emerson Lake & Palmer, definirono i canoni del rock progressivo. “Genesis Legacy, The Golden Years” si concentra in particolare sugli album che hanno consacrato la band nell’olimpo del genere, quelli che ancora oggi rappresentano un punto di riferimento per gli appassionati.

Lo spettacolo ripercorre un arco temporale cruciale, dal loro album d’esordio “From Genesis to Revelation” (1969) fino al visionario “The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway” (1974), un’epoca che segna la crescita esponenziale della band, dal pop degli inizi a sonorità sempre più complesse, arricchite da influenze classiche e dalle audaci sperimentazioni jazz dei King Crimson, mantenendo sempre al centro un’affascinante narrazione melodica.
