Domenica 11 maggio l’edizione 2025 di “Cammini aperti” farà tappa a Città di Castello.
Con una passeggiata tra Villa Montesca e l’Eremo di Buonriposo, lungo la Via di Francesco, il territorio tifernate sarà sede di una delle 27 escursioni sospese tra cultura e spiritualità che uniranno cinque regioni italiane, nell’ambito del progetto strategico di promozione frutto di un accordo di programma tra il Ministero del Turismo e la Regione Umbria. A lanciare a livello nazionale l’edizione di quest’anno sarà il 4 maggio una puntata speciale della trasmissione “Unomattina in Famiglia”, lo storico programma di Raiuno diretto da Michele Guardì. Per girare le immagini di Città di Castello che saranno messe in onda in occasione della presentazione della manifestazione, stamattina nel cuore della città è arrivata una troupe televisiva guidata dal conduttore Paolo Notari e dalla regista Paola Montali. L’assessore al Commercio e al Turismo Letizia Guerri ha dato il benvenuto agli ospiti in piazza Matteotti, sottolineando l’aspettativa che attraverso “Cammini aperti” i tesori paesaggistici e culturali del territorio possano essere conosciuti e apprezzati. “Valori come accessibilità, sostenibilità e spiritualità – spiega l’assessore – saranno al centro di un viaggio che a Città di Castello permetterà di attraversare i secoli, passando da uno dei simboli francescani come l’Eremo di Buonriposo a un luogo di pregio naturalistico e culturale unico come Villa Montesca: un itinerario fatto apposta per esaltare le caratteristiche del turismo lento, che invita a immergersi nell’ambiente e nella storia di un territorio con esperienze di qualità. Un modello che ci piace, perché pensiamo di poter offrire davvero tanto a chi visita la nostra città sulle tracce di San Francesco e della sua spiritualità”.
