Tra gli eventi collaterali le celebrazioni La Festa del SS Crocifisso e i fuochi d’artificio La 50ª Mostra Mercato dell’Artigianato della Valtiberina Toscana si avvia al gran finale dopo il pieno di visitatori fatto registrare giovedì 1° maggio.
Tantissime, infatti, le persone che nel giorno della Festa dei Lavoratori hanno scelto Anghiari, passeggiando nel cuore di uno dei Borghi più Belli d’Italia, immersi nelle eccellenze dell’artigianato che ne hanno animato i vicoli e le piazze. Apprezzate le numerose iniziative che hanno caratterizzato la mostra inaugurata il 24 aprile, dalla collaterale “I Mestieri dell’Arte fra Tevere e Arno”, con le 150 opere di artigianato artistico esposte nella Sala del Consiglio Comunale di Palazzo Pretorio fino alle dimostrazioni che sono state curate direttamente dagli artigiani nel corso delle Masterclass. Un compleanno speciale che ha confermato l’ottimo stato di salute della manifestazione, in linea con una tradizione radicata e comunque proiettata verso un futuro ancora luminoso. Le iniziative in programma non sono certo terminate. Dalle masterclass dedicate a degustazione olfattiva, pittura su seta e all’ebanisteria per arrivare ai tanti eventi che da sempre caratterizzano il 3 maggio anghiarese. La Festa del SS Crocifisso verrà celebrata alla Chiesa della Propositura con la Santa Messa delle ore 18:00 e con la successiva Processione del SS Crocifisso e proseguirà dopo cena con la tombola e i sempre affascinanti fuochi d’artificio. Domenica poi oltre alle iniziative legate all’artigianato nella giornata finale (info su www.mostramercatovaltiberina.it) anche la prima edizione di “Asprevie Anghiari Gravel Roads” manifestazione di ciclismo aperta a bici gravel e MTB (partenza alle ore 8:00 dal Palazzetto dello Sport).“Siamo arrivati al gran finale della Mostra Mercato dell’Artigianato della Valtiberina Toscana – ha sottolineato Alessandro Polcri, sindaco di Anghiari e presidente della Provincia di Arezzo – e siamo soddisfatti di come è andata finora, per i tanti visitatori e per i tanti commenti positivi che ci sono arrivati in questi giorni. Anghiari conferma la qualità dei suoi eventi e la mostra nella sua 50ª edizione è stata particolarmente apprezzata. Per le eccellenze dell’artigianato e per le tante belle iniziative. Siamo pronti per il gran finale con le celebrazioni del SS Crocifisso, la tombola, i fuochi d’artificio e le botteghe artigiane da visitare sabato e domenica”.
